Excellent Customer Service
I contacted RaggedMountain about the availability of a type and size of mitten that no longer appeared on their online website. Customer support checked their warehouse and there were still two mittens available in their in-store stock that matched my request. In the back and forth communication with Customer service regarding this they were always helpful and respectful. Thank you for your great support!

Excellent experience, purchased two UFF 50 Sun hoodies for traveling in warmer climates. Arrived quickly, shipping was reasonable, Sun hoodies fit perfectly. I am looking forward to purchasing more items in the future.

Terrific Dog Jackets and Service
I purchased dog jackets from Ragged Mountain. I have been using these jackets for four of my little dogs for about that many years. They are perfect. They wash very well year after year. They have fit dogs of all sizes and shapes. When I had a problem with an order, it was addressed immediately and without any hassle. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and hope that they will continue to provide dog clothing.
