I like the knit/crochet style because it is soft, comfortable and stretches to accommodate socks. I'd like to see them warmer. I have an old pair of slipper socks and they are knit and stretch, have a wonderful furry lining. and a cute little animal face in the pattern After about 4 years, they finally wore out in the heal but I can't toss them.

I live 7 minutes away from the warehouse and they still have to ship it out. Thank you for all the other local OC brands that have warehouse stores and pickup options. Y’all arnt stuck in the 1990s like oooh yeah.

At this time, our warehouse is not set up for in person pickup or retail operations. It functions strictly as a fulfillment center, which allows us to process orders accurately and consistently for customers nationwide.
While some local brands offer pickup options, our current setup prioritizes order efficiency, inventory control, and shipping reliability rather than walk in service.

I am giving a pair of the socks and a pair of the slippers for a gift...I think unicorn poop socks and sloth slippers, the slippers look great and and will probably be really comfy, they also have some grip on the bottom which is good because we have hardwood floors. Overall happy with the purchase and with shipping time. Will probably order again.

They arrived quickly and they are so cute…however they are too small length wise and one is smaller than the other in the toe area. I can’t return due to my health so I will have to give away. If I see anything in the future from your store I would still order because I like how you do business.

After some emails, I was finally able to get in touch with Carmen at Oooh Yeah, and I want to acknowledge that she was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue.
The mix-up with the slipper size was due to an error on my end when I submitted the original exchange request. Carmen looked into it, caught the mistake, and kindly offered to resend the correct size without charging me additional shipping, which I really appreciated.
I also want to thank her for taking the time to follow up and for making things right. While the experience started off frustrating, I’m glad it was resolved in the end with genuine customer support.
ORDER OYA#12185--EXC
I accidentally ordered the wrong size slippers and was glad to see that exchanges were allowed. I paid for return shipping and sent back the size large in exchange for a medium.
Unfortunately, the replacement order arrived—and it was the wrong size again. They sent another large.
I emailed via the contact, Carmen Fu on March 29 to resolve the issue and never received a response. I followed up again on Friday and still no reply.
I’ll likely have to resubmit another exchange and pay postage… again, even though the mistake this time wasn’t mine.

After you reached out to request a size change from your original order, we helped update it from Medium to Large as requested. When that size turned out to be too big, we guided you through the exchange process right away. According to our records, the replacement request submitted through our system was again for a Large, which is why the same size was shipped out.
We completely understand how frustrating that must have been—especially since it wasn’t your intention. Regarding your follow-up emails, we’re very sorry we missed one of them. As a small team, we do our best to respond to every message quickly, and we regret that one slipped through the cracks. Once we saw your second email, we responded right away and offered two solutions: a full refund or a new pair in the correct size at no extra cost.
To make things right, we shipped you a replacement pair of Lion Slippers in Medium free of charge per your request, and the package was delivered successfully.
We were very glad to hear in your final follow-up email that you were happy with the resolution and appreciated the support. Your kind words truly mean a lot to us!
