I would give zero stars if it was possible.
My experience with Radius Rent A Car was extremely unpleasant. I was charged €700 for damage to the vehicle, even though there was no way to know where, how or when the damage occurred.
I had purchased the full insurance coverage offered by the rental company, believing that I was fully covered. I later discovered that purchasing this coverage also prevented me from using the insurance provided by my credit card, which could have covered the damage.
The way the insurance, the charge, and the entire situation were handled was, in my experience, unclear and very unsatisfactory.
I would never rent a car from this company again, and I absolutely do not recommend their services.

Very kind staff , good quality cars , close to the terminal, about 10 minutes walk , open 24 hours and good prices.

Scammers! Don’t work with this company. They force you to buy an extra car insurance while you already paid one with the car rental broker Carjet. Aggressive employee Andi refuses to give you the car, unless you pay extra. Fraudulous people!

Abbiamo prenotato on line con acconto di euro 260, quando siamo arrivati a ritirare la macchina ci hanno detto che non avendo la carta di credito a nome di chi aveva prenotato, ossia mio marito e non io, dovevamo pagare 40 euro al giorno per il deposito. Abbiamo chiesto di annullare la prenotazione e rifarla a nome dell'intestatario della carta ma non c è stato verso. Alla fine si sono tenuti i 260 euro e noi abbiamo noleggio da un'altra parte.

To be honest not to be negative and dont want to be down grading people for e.g . When a person wnat to hire a care for 300 and another different price for the month (talk about milking the system )

We booked this company through a third-party called enjoy travel and and rented the car for six days, including full insurance, the manager on the airport side Ermal gave the instructions to me beforehand, however when I asked him what additional documents et cetera would be required he just mentioned my driving license or passport. On arrival when we went to collect the car, the staff told me we cannot collect the car if we do not have a credit card in the main drivers name, however this wasn’t mentioned on any of the confirmation emails or on the site which was a red flag. I pleaded with them that either my husband can be the main driver, as we had his credit card and not mine. they kept repeating that it’s in their terms which they couldn’t even easily find (I don’t know how they think that we will be able to find them?). I kept telling them that we want to solve this and get the car as soon as possible as it was 11 pm and I was travelling with my family, including a toddler. Then the staff who was very polite finally dialled the managers number. The manager ERMAL was very rude and just did not want to listen to me and kept interrupting me. Even after 25 years of experience, he still doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. The only two options that they gave me was either I pay again full insurance of €40 a day so basically €240 or cancel the booking and rebook with them directly paying 3 times the rate. Such a scam, we just took a cab and left. Do not book with these people or even if you do make sure you ask them everything.

1h per la consegna dell'auto di cui 49 minuti per convincerci a fare l'assicurazione con loro. Abbiamo declinato avendola con il sito usato per il noleggio. Sorrisi, auto nera consegnata con il buio, fatta qualche foto ma le possibilità erano limitate. La vendetta va servita fredda e infatti... al ritorno bei sorrisoni e caso strano trovato un segno a colpo sicuro in 10 secondi (su macchina sporca) 😏! Bastava questo ma si è aggiunto anche "se aveste fatto l'assicurazione con noi non ci sarebbero stati problemi"! Graffietto di 1cm = 350€! Che truffatori!!!!! PS l'assicurazione ha già rimborsato!

We rented a car with friends. Everything was transparent ,the car was new and staf friendly. We took the car in the city and returned it in the airport office. No extra charge. Will use them again.

We rented a car from this company during our trip to Albania. The car was almost new and everything seemed fine at pickup.

At return, we experienced a disagreement regarding both fuel level and an alleged scratch. Initially, we were told the car had been delivered with a full tank, which was not correct. We were able to document this with a receipt showing we had filled the tank immediately after pickup.

After that, staff pointed out a small scratch located underneath the rear bumper — an area that is not reasonably visible during a normal inspection when receiving the car. We were asked to pay 300€ for this.

We did not agree that we caused this damage, but we felt pressured to pay at the time of return and were informed that the amount could be charged regardless.

This review reflects our personal experience. We recommend that future customers carefully document the vehicle, including less visible areas, at pickup and return.
