This site has lived up to it's description. The library of software and documentation is extensive and up to date. The procedures to use it are very well explained in a no-nonsense manner. It is run in a very professional way by the crew. If you are looking for radio programming software I reccommend you join this site the price is worth it.

Subscribed since early 2023. I can say that its a small price to pay for what you get in return because it helped me repair many radios and even save bricked ones. I only have best things to say about my experience.

This is simply amazing they have every fire you can think of I had been in a pench to remove a ask key and they are the only one who had the software to remove this and saved a ton of money not including the extra files and software needed I'd highly recommend joining this site they are very nice to work with if support is needed and definitely fast response I appreciate you guys on the support you given me when you didn't have too... I would give this site A+++ because if you seen the ebay prices this site is totally worthy.

Responsive service and a huge catalog of hard to find software! I was a bit hesitant at first to subscribe to the radiosoftwareonline service to get download access to the software I needed, but have no regrets whatsoever after doing so. I paid late at night (US time) and by the next morning my account was provisioned. Much of the stuff available for download is long discontinued by the radio manufacturers so this is a really invaluable resource for older gear. Download speeds seem excellent and I've had no problem grabbing the stuff I need (and a few things I want 'just in case'). Thanks for your hard work in assembling such a valuable resource. 10/10.

Let me remind you of the history of our relationship. You attacked us rudely and spoke incoherently. We advised you not to spend money on us but to contact a doctor instead (without irony). I personally did this, seeing your presumably unbalanced mental state or altered consciousness.
Now, looking at your profile on TrustPilot, and it consists of 80% negative experiences. Thus, you have chosen the path for yourself when you spray negativity and hatred around you, spending your life on it.
Now I see that I was absolutely right. We don't want people like you among our clients. We prefer not to have these types of clients with us, as we bring kindness and constructive attitude to the world of radio, not rage, mania and blackmail. Based on this, I refuse to have you as our client. This is my right, and I took advantage of it. Forgive me for the fact that I have freedom of choice.

We do not have and have never had a client with that name. We also did not call anyone the N-word, since we do not see or hear the person and do not know their race (our technical support only works by email). Moreover, we employ people of different nationalities from different parts of the world. Thus, this story is not about us at all.
It's unfortunate that you decided to take revenge through a false review, and TrustPilot does not consider racist remarks to violate anything. TrustPilot also does not consider it necessary to ask for confirmation of your words.
Well, what can you do? Yes, that means so. Let your anger become a consolation for you in life.
Rip-off
They promise a Donor account if someone posts rare radio software in the FTP server. But after loading, they disappear, was a rip-off. I would never pay for the service.stay away

Yes, unfortunately, we did not fulfill our obligation to you. This is entirely the fault of an employee who was overloaded with work as well as personal problems in life. Everything was exactly as you indicated. But I want you to know that this was not a deliberate act.
I personally sent you a letter with a proposal to solve this problem. We are ready to fulfill our obligations and, on top of them, offer compensation, such as additional access, a premium account, some equipment as a gift, and so on.
