Started out with a bang then they had a change in management. The platform went rapidly down hill from there. The call quality started falling apart with new bugs seemingly popping up on a weekly basis. Un-announced updated left the team scrambling. I am never working with these guys again...

I’ve tested a lot of AI and automation tools, and most fall apart once you try to use them in real workflows.

Assistable actually holds up. I’m running AI call and text agents tied into GoHighLevel with real leads and calendars, and it works the way it should. Flexible, logical, and not locked into some watered down setup.

The big plus is control. You can shape how the agent behaves and adjust fast when something isn’t converting. Support has been solid too, real answers, not canned replies.

If you’re serious about using AI agents for sales or follow up, this is one of the few platforms I’d recommend.

With or without GHL this is one of my favorite tools to use. In terms of both voice and chat agent builders, this is by far one of the most powerful ones and easy to use as well as easy to automate deployment if you know what you're doing.

I'm excited to see the team continue development and expand upon the existing product as the industry continues to evolve.
