RIP OFF COMPANY expensive radio faulty out of box
expensive radio faulty out of box, company lied, disclosed confidential information on Facebook about account.
Scam company tried to charge for a faulty radio out of the box - fault new out of box, Radio Solutions claim no fault and used threat of expensive repair and inspection invoice to try to scam return postage costs. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Motorola radio faulty out of box from new - and will cost you to resolve - manufacturer’s warranty worthless! AVOID MOTOROLA products – warranties worthless.
UPDATE following the dismissive response from SFL Mobile Radio / Radio Solutions in which they posted confidential account information in the public domain:
SFL Mobile Radio / Radio Solutions have decided to twist the facts and lie as well as disclosing detailed account purchase history information in the public domain. Firstly, SFL Mobile radio did not offer sending anything back to Motorola as a warranty issue until this public review was posted so desist from attempting to explain away your failings with blatant lies.
You sent the threat of an invoice just for inspecting the items (which were faulty new out of the box) despite your denials (see attached image) and you also insisted on charging additional charges before you would return the faulty items.
You have had an opportunity to deal with the faulty and expensive radio equipment and have been dismissive from the outset. Video evidence of crap / poor quality and faulty / expensive Motorola DP4400E radios will be uploaded to the public domain to show other prospective buyers what they can expect when they purchase this expensive radio equipment. The Motorola warranty is a joke – and SFL used the threat of expensive 'inspection' charges for examining equipment which is under warranty despite there being a clear fault from new. DO NOT BUY FROM Radio-Solutions / SFL Mobile Radio:
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ANY EQUIPMENT FAULTY OUT OF THE BOX THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO EXAMINE THE EQUIPMENT AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY ADDITIONAL POSTAGE COSTS BEFORE THEY WILL RETURN THE ITEMS TO YOU.
SFL will also disclose details of your purchase history in the public domain to attempt to explain away their appalling behaviour. SCAM COMPANY - STAY CLEAR - BUYER BEWARE! They will try to scam you for charges if you have any problems. MOTOROLA Warranty a joke as exercised by their “Motorola Solutions Platinum partners”. SFL have been dismissive of faults from outset.
UPDATE - SCAM company Radio solutions have ignored various communication and so legal proceedings starting.
UPDATE - scam company Radio Solutions keep flagging this review to have it removed so now recordings and video of their ignorant staff (and their pictures / names) will be posted online - This is now war, you scammed me and hat issue will soon be brought to a head.
