I emailed them from my Outlook account and they said this: "Due to a large amount of spam messages and bot requests from temporary email addresses, we are now accepting individual removal requests only from verified users with Gmail, Yahoo or iCloud email addresses."

This is not spam. I am not a bot. This is not a temporary email address. It's Outlook, one of the biggest email providers in the world. This is unacceptable and I am pretty certain that it is a violation of my state's privacy laws, which require that requests like these are carried out.

Please change your ways. I will be filing a complaint with my state, your hosting provider, your domain registrar and will be researching all legal remedies.

Based on the other reviews here, next they will ask me to email their customer service because they cannot tell who I am. That will not work because their customer service agent will tell me that my email address is unacceptable. So do not try that here. Go back and find my email from my outlook address and respond to it. Or ask me to send a new one, but please do not send back your automatic response to block me because that will not do you or me any good.
