It looks like the same people that promoted Banana Drops are now selling a product called Gut Fit.
BEWARE!!!
Do not buy the product.
It is a scam.
After watching a video by the name of Korean Ginger juice - I ordered the product for weight loss.
When the product arrived - I received 6 bottles of something Called Gut Fit. I let the company know that they had sent the wrong product.
I was told that I had to use the product for 30 days before I could get a refund. I told them that I could not use the product because it consisted of a lot of caffeine, and I do not take caffeine. I was then told that I needed to get a note from my doctor, and that they would review the note from my doctor, and give me a store credit. I told them that I would return the 6 unopened bottles for a refund - since they sent the wrong product.
The product that I had ordered had ginger in it and pumpkin seed oil. These ingredients were not in the product that they sent me. I have corresponded back and forth ten times by email to no avail. Now I get a message that says that they can not respond to me, because they are short on staff. The telephone number that they list to call for support is the same number for the Banana Drops, and no one ever answers it. 1 (866) 202-5664
That is why I believe that the Banana Drops people are now promoting Gut Fit which is advertised as Korean Ginger Juice. When you order Korean Ginger Juice - you get Gut Fit instead and they will not refund you.
The ingredients in Gut Fit are green tea extract and white coffee bean extract and there is a warning not to take it if you are sensitive to caffeine. When you tell them that you are sensitive to caffeine - they tell you that you must submit a doctor's note to them for a store credit.
Do not fall for this scam!!!

I read the reviews after I ordered and called immediately to cancel. I was told the order already went out and I could not cancel. My credit card was charged well before I received the product. By then it was too late to return. So I tried the Banana Drops, it is a scam. They will not return your money. They will not work with you. I even try to get a return from my credit card, calling it fraud. And that didn’t even work. Do not order Banana Drops.

Do not listen to the people they hire that says they have lost weight on this product....LIERS. What will happen taking this product is.....NOTHING. This is the biggest expensive scam ever. You will not get your money back regardless of the garentee. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP

It doesn't even deserve a 1. A very expensive scam. I gained weight. I started when I received it, & took for six months. A very very expensive scam. The government needs to sue you.

Total Scam! The product does not work and when you request a refund, you get the run around and never see the refund.

12/26/24 EMAIL- Not working request refund.
1/7/25 CALLED-talked to Ethan. Told I needed to try longer that I had 120 days.
4/8/25 EMAIL-Request refund & return process.
4/11/25 EMAIL- Request refund & return instruction.
4/14/25 CALLED- Chris reiterated dissatisfied & requested refund. She offered 50% I said NO. Said she would email me in 24-48 hrs with return/refund instructions.

4/24/25 chat bot with Pearl. After several tx was asked for monet to have they help get a refund.
4/28/25 CALLED- Beth told her numerous calls, texts, emails --- ALL IGNORED.

Banana drops seems to work for me, I have loss 35 pounds, but in combination to Banana drops I also do intermittent fasting my results so far are great. I bought at amazon 3 for $100, later I bought in Walmart.com, and another website. not sure if the work the same as the first one from Amazon, but so so good, I well continued to use till I can loose another 20 to 30 pds more. I will keep you all posted.

Don’t buy! Clearly, this organization is a SCAM. It is there to take money from unsuspecting individuals. I purchased six bottles of banana drops because they told me that if I did it for a longer period of time I would see more success.So it was $391.00 down the drain. I wrote to them and asked for a refund even though it was beyond the supposed 60 day refund period. Sent a message saying so sorry but no refund. Too bad we have video producers that include all of the bells and whistle to make their product seem wonderful. What a shame to mother and daughter that started this initiative.

I ordered 3 bottles of the banana drops on Dec.6, 2024. I paid $189.39 which included taxes and or shipping and handling. I took exactly as instructed. I did not lose any weight. After completing the first bottle, I had no weight loss. I called the company to get return information, but was told to continue taking drops because it might take longer to work. I tried to call several times after I started taking my 2nd bottle, no one would answer the phone. Finally, when I reached someone for return information, I was told that it was too late to get a refund. This is definitely a scam.This company should be held accountable for the weight loss lies and for not giving refunds. I am very unhappy because I was scammed out of my money.

Buyer beware this is a rip off. No one will respond to any phone calls. You do not get your money back. You throw it away. These drops are full of bull.

I was taking these drops and suddenly I woke up with ungodly pain in my stomach my husband rushed me to the hospital. They admitted me because I was in so much pain they couldn’t find anything wrong with me when I told them I was taking this product they said stop it people are coming in sick by the dozens I returned my products and haven’t gotten any return of my. Money they stole 500dollars from me please don’t buy this product still today I can’t eat food and my dr wants to put a feeding tube in because I have not eaten in 3 months I throw everything up I’ve lost weight but I was starved to death . I would like to send you my medical bills which total over 20,000

Buyer beware. No matter what hoops you jump through, you will NOT get a refund. These drops made me sick and my doctor told me to stop taking them. I called the Banana Drops call center and they told me to send them back. After sending them back they told me someone would call me. They didn’t. Now I called them and they said I was past the refund period. Why did they keep stringing me along. I am angry 😡 I am going to register a complaint against them with PayPal.

Rip off. Company wouldn't respond to refund request. When I got a response, they refused to refund the money even though my request was dated 10 days before the 60 day period expired. Plus, the product does not work. Do not buy!

I purchased the 3 pk of banana drops for $177. Once they arrived. I read the full ingredient list on the bottle it included Mango which I am SEVERELY allergic to. I immediately called for a refund and return for all 3 unopened bottles. I emailed them as well. 3 weeks later someone replied and offered a $60 refund and for me to keep them. I refused and requested a full refund. They responded in another 1.5 weeks (Jan 17,2025) saying I would need to pay the shipping cost to return it and I needed to send them a email when I ship it with the tracking info. I paid $25 to ship via UPS. I received an email today saying they apologize but I missed the return date so I won’t be getting a refund. This email stated 1/26/25 was the cut off date. There in nothing in either email stating 1/26/25 was a cut off date. I sent them back the unused product plus paid UPS shipping of $25. This place is a total SCAM.

I ordered 3 bottles of BDs on 10/3/24. I used it faithfully for the entire first bottle, while also watching my diet. Well, after that month, I didn’t lose even an ounce so I knew nothing was happening with these “miracle” drops. I began writing to them, and was first told that I waited too long, and the guarantee was up. However, on one of their replies, they offered me a 50% return on my $177.00 OR, if I still wanted to return it I would have to be responsible for postage and handling myself and there would also be a 15% restocking fee. They gave me the address to return the other 2 bottles to, and said I would also have to give them the return tracking number from the P.O. and enclose the RMA number. I did all that they asked and awaited the credit refund which never came. when I called to ask about my refund, they refused. Why would they give me the return address and all the qualifications for a return if they had no intention of honoring it? Plus, they have my two unopened bottles of BD which they can sell and I’m still out $177.00! I wish I could warn everyone!

First I would like to say this 1 star rating is only because there are no negative ones to write the review. I ordered 1 bdrop, the same night I received a phone call about purchasing more bottles, i declined. After two months of phone calls and emails , lies about the product being delivered to my home, i asked for a refund several times and was told i could only receive a partial refund. I prayed on it and stopped calling to hear lies and fake tracking number given. I was told it was delivered to my home back on the week of January 24th, lies. Well low and behold what was delivered to my home February 25th, 2025? Bdrops. This company is a complete scam and rip off. Do not waste your time or money. We should file a lawsuit against the company.

I ordered and wanted to return within the time limits. Cartpanda charged me $295. I asked for my refund and was told basically to f off. The product was returned per instructions from my "team" specialist. THIS IS A RIP OFF. DO NOT PURCHASE. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR OWN RULES. Now I'm out the money and worthless product. It doesn't work. beware!!!

Fake product. They try to negotiate giving your money back. Customer service doesn’t even say the company name when answering and I heard roosters in the background . They hung up on me .
