Avoid if you don’t want add ons
You can’t speak to anyone, just chat. The RAC app doesn’t work with RAC Insurance. Too many add ons. Aviva who I was with last year which included RAC Breakdowns were brilliant and you could talk to a human. Not impressed !!!

Increased premium by £80 without any claim or change of circumstances ie no points or convictions or where car is stored?

You offered me free breakdown insurance if i renewed, but as i allready have it , you should be giving me a refund instead of trying to SELL me another one
