bought a laptop from them on Amazon, was supposed to be a GL75 with a 10th Gen Intel processor. they sent me a GE72 with a 6th Gen Intel processor, with an optical drive and a backspace key that was hanging on by a thread. i sent it back to them the same day, they have since gotten the piece of garbage back and they still want to sit on my refund for a week. this is bad business, there are better places to buy used electronics from that won't pull the old bait-n-switch

Very bad product, laptop came with the blue screen and started to fall apart after a few weeks. Since it was over 30 days they would do nothing, even though their site says 1 year on most items. "MOST" means not yours!

I purchased a laptop, that was dead on arrival (DOA). I have attempted to contact the company via email without success. I am seeking a replacement unit, a full refund, or immediate contact from customer service. Order #10285-RN

You get what you pay for. Refurbished HP laptop died completely within three months. Wouldn't even turn on. They responded promptly and sent me a replacement cable, to no avail. The 1-year warranty that applies to "most products" you’ll see several times while googling was nowhere in evidence. They send a very basic receipt that has a link to the 30-day return policy. That was my responsibility, to have asked or learned there was no warranty at all and no returns beyond 30 days. But the product was shoddy and I would never shop here again.

Purchased an "excellent" laptop had a couple issues with the trackpad and random restarting so i returned then i got a coupon email so thought Id try again but the other one I ordered wasn't sey up it was stuck on a windows screen and when you click repair it circles. Returned again and will never order from here agan

Came exactly as was expected and in a reasonable time frame. Not a single scratch and the product was the same as advertised. Way better than buying the same thing from amazon at 400 bucks. Definitely would buy from this website again.

This company sucks, believe the bad reviews and don't trust the good ones. Item arrived damaged a scooter, had 0 packaging in the box to prevent damage, I sent it back and agreed to a replacement. Well, replacement showed up in even worse condition almost as if whoever refurbished it was giving me an effyou over their mistake. Customer service is very polite but that doesn't matter when everything else is wrong. Ended up getting a full refund after sending the replacement back

Selling bad equipment, graphics failures, hardware failures from the date of buy. Tried to fix myself, found out it's severe hardware issues that weren't fixed prior to refurbishing. Do not buy from this company.

I placed two orders with R3new and had mixed experiences. My first order, an e-scooter, arrived damaged. Customer service offered a refund, but upon my request, they provided a partial rebate instead. It wasn’t substantial, but it saved me the hassle of returning the item.
The second order was more frustrating. I ordered another scooter and additional items to qualify for free shipping over $500. While the other items arrived in good condition, FedEx botched the scooter’s delivery, and it was returned to R3new. When I contacted customer service to have the scooter resent, they refused without explanation and said I’d need to reorder. Unfortunately, the scooter is no longer available, and I’d also have to pay shipping costs again. This lack of resolution left me disappointed with their service.

Bought a garmin Vivoactive 4 from R3new. The watch was supposed to be waterproof. The r3new website said nothing about the watch not being waterproof now that it was refurbished. Took watch swimming and it stopped working. Asked about the warranty and was told it wasn’t covered. Couldn’t find anything on the website that said what the warranty covered. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from this company. I believe the warranty part is a hoax.

I ordered an e-scooter and it arrived in the box completely broken apart with all the parts randomly thrown thoughout the box. I received no instructions on how to put it together and the charger they sent for it didn't even fit in the bike's charging port! I tried calling customer service and they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. Their email customer service is shit. I will never again purchase from this company.

Reading the reviews online I was hesitant about these people but I had a good experience. I ordered an Apple watch at first but they contacted me very apologetic that the item I wanted was no longer in stock and offered me a few other choices at a discount for the inconvenience. Shipping was faster than expected and the Apple was was in perfect condition and legit. I assume the other people accusing this company of a scam are just having melt downs that something didn't go perfectly their way. Things happen, nobody's perfect.

Never order anything with this scam, they waste your time only to tell you your order has been cancelled after 4days of waiting

I'll review it again once I get my laptop tomorrow ^^ but I wanted to say thanks for response from support when I didn't know what to do on how to track

Great experience, got my watch within a few days and paid half the price I would have ordering new and it looks pretty new. 5 stars. I was sketched reading some reviews but idk what these people are on about, my experience was great and customer service was very responsive to questions I had about the watch before I ordered and during the tracking process.

I tried to buy a refurbished Apple 8 watch with GPS and Cellular capability from this site. For some unexplained reason (at the time), my first order was cancelled after having been successfully accepted initially. I was only alerted to the cancellation when I saw a credit appear on my credit card transaction list for the amount of my purchase. Thinking that this was odd, I logged into the r3new site and saw that indeed, the order have been cancelled. I assumed that maybe there was no more inventory of the particular watch I wanted but looking around on the site, I saw another one, identical in description, but slightly higher in price. I went ahead and ordered that watch to replace the cancelled order. Shortly thereafter, I received an email asking me to provide 3 items (and I quote):

A photo of your government-issued ID, with an address that matches the shipping or billing address on your order.

A picture of you holding the government-issued ID.

A photo of the credit card used for the purchase (you may block numbers besides the last 4).

I'm sorry, but there is absolutely no need for any vendor to require any additional information other than my credit card, name, and billing address (which was also my shipping address), especially if it concerns personally identifiable information sent in unencrypted form. They claimed that the reason they needed this was because my "order was flagged as high risk". What exactly was this risk or why it was triggered was not explained, and perhaps they aren't allowed to explain it. But the simple fact that I am using a credit card where the billing address matches the shipping address ought to be sufficient evidence that the goods will be delivered to the named buyer.

In the end, I refused to part with my PII data so that it can be sold to the highest bidder or allowed to reach others due to a security breach, and instead bought a refurbished watch with identical specifications from Amazon, without ever having to provide PII or jump through hoops like I would have had to do with these clowns. I can't say what you readers of this review should do, but I will never shop with this outfit again, who for all I know, is in the business of selling people's PII themselves, while accusing me of being "high risk".

This company sold me an iPhone that doesn't charge... At all. It's completely useless. I bought this for my wife for her birthday and was so excited to have it arrive today only to find the stupid thing doesn't even work. I feel so ripped off and disappointed. We have tried multiple chargers but nothing works at all. I have reached out to their customer service and will update this if they are actually a legitimate company and if they respond to fix this mess.

Update January 17th. They did issue a refund for this.

I purcahsed TWO $500 Apple Watches from the scam company on December 20th. The company waited until the day of delivery, CHRISTMAS EVE, to cancel BOTH orders. TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION THAT THE ORDERS WERE CANCELED. SHOCKING.

At first I thought was a scam,but anyway I give it a try, it was fast delevery,the watch was very nice, 2 months layer it die,then contact customer service ,less than half hour y got responded, explain wath happened, they emailed me a return label now waiting a new one,definitely I will buy again from them,very good value
