WORST lead provider! I had signed up with them a couple times in the past. The last time I did I applied a $1000 payment and they offered to match it for leads. Instead of charging me once they charged my credit card twice. I called to let them know and they refunded the extra charge. A few months ago I received a call from a collection agency that I owed them, which couldn't be possible because they always had my CC on file and it was NEVER declined. The amount they were charging me for is basically the "promo" they gave me from the beginning. They are a fraud and only want to steal from agents.

The experience was not a good one. The quality of the leads and the service was terrible. The ability to manage your account and return bad leads is unacceptable.

This person is very good in that anything that I needed to know about my policy was explained very well. Made me feel at ease like talking to family.

Y'all approached me, noting that my insurance rates would go way up this year and did I want you to look for better prices for me. Well, yeah! A bit of digging and I was provided with much better rates from a different company and Roslyn patiently walked me through the process, which included a home inspection, multiple fixes, and a followup inspection before the new company approved me. This is terrific customer service, both from Roslyn and QW as a whole. Thank you!

The sales rep I had helped me out considerably great .... he didn't give up on me & tooked my calls everytime I called him about questions I had .... I told him what I needed & try to keep my insurance pay as close as possible cause of where I am living .... he was a great person to work with , very friendly & very perfessional about my situation, he was great person to talked to & worked with . I would & will recommend people to him .

The sales associate, Elvis, was very helpful in searching for an insurance company that I could afford. He was very patient and was a good listener. He made me feel as though he genuinely cared about my needs and did the best he could to find a good fit for my insurance needs. Too bad ALL telemarketing type operators aren't as kind, patient and dedicated as he was. He spoke clearly and made everything easy to understand.
