Crappy bank. Said everything in my application was unverifiable. So I do not know my name, number, or address. I'll have to learn those sometime. Did not even give you a chance to call in and verify yourself just declined you. Most likely because they want their little plastic ring to be exclusive. Not worth it. There are better HYSAs with checking accounts out there for sure.

I wanted a CD, your site made it easy to get one. Amazing how some businesses perform when asking for your money, and even more amazing how many don't.

This bank is a joke. After getting my personal and private information they denied the application. I wouldn’t waste my time if I knew this almost unheard of and obscure institution would deny it and waste my time.

Vasiliki and Ray and their team are theconsumate professionals. Their work ethic is unmatched and they know the business inside-out. They will process your loan efficiently and quickly with no issues whatsoever. This is my third loan with them and I can't wait to do the next one.

Quontic Bank has good interest rates. And, at least this last time, all the representatives I spoke with were patient and tried to be supportive given that it was a tense situation. However, when I opened a CD with them drawing the money from our joint Quontic account I was unable to secure a joint CD for a 3-year period. I was told by the initial service rep that there shouldn't be any problem with adding my husband after the CD was initiated. He would have to fill out a certain amount of paperwork but given that we were already drawing the money from a joint account there shouldn't be an issue. That was not the case. For some reason he was rejected for putting money in our account. After speaking with numerous agents, it was suggested that I stop authorization on the initiating bank for the money that would be withdrawn and put into the CD. Since it was their own bank it seemed logical that that would be easy. I spent the better part of a half an hour on the phone with one agent who was going to bump this up to top level management. I was told that someone would call me back before the day's end and that he had put a rush on having this dealt with so that the money would not be funded into the CD since my husband wouldn't be part of it. I was told that this top level person was going to call me back to assure me that it was taken care of. That did not happen no one ever called. And the CD was initiated. I have no way to get out of the CD without losing a Year's worth of interest. The only thing I got back from quantic Bank was an email that said congratulations your CD has been authorized. I was furious. I will never do another CD with them

You cannot transfer more than 10k per month, or 2k per day with a limit of 10k. I had been saving for a new used car purchase and needed more than $10k to fund the purchase. Using Quontic it will take me well over a MONTH to get MY MONEY out!

Quontic was amazing. They helped me secure a loan to buy a home. I am a business owner without the typical W2 history that most banks require, and Quontic had no problem working with me. Marcelo was my main contact, and was extremely helpful and responsive. The rest of the team was also incredible, specifically Vasiliki, Patricia, and Ray. I would recommend Quontic to anyone looking to secure a home loan.

After depositing $100 to set up a Money Market account, the planned to deposit more later, I tried to register as a new user, 3 days of trying to register, it would allow me to get passed the email verification, Call to customer service, no help. filled out forms to change email. No response, Now its a matter of trying trying to retrieve my $100. Have 2 account with Discover Bank, looks like they will have 3

Good luck getting through the application process. I've been married for 9 months and moved about 6 months ago, but the bank cannot verify my information nor let me know why I'm being denied. All they can tell me is that a piece of my information doesn't match a piece of public information. A truly unprofessional way of verifying identity. I called the bank and they offered to let me try my application again. But if it gets denied for a second time, I'll never be able to apply again. Guess I'll never bank with them

When I reached out to Quotic, I had been involved with another lender that had been trying to get us to closing for 60 days. Our builder was ready for closing and she asked for a 30-40 day extension. That time had come and passed and still no closing date. And the builder was charging me daily late fees. I finally reached out to Ouotic and Ray told me on the first conversation that we will go to closing on a certain date. That date was 14 days away from the initial conversation. And the only reason we couldn’t go sooner was because the following week was a holiday week. We went to closing on the exact day that Ray quoted. And when I say the whole process was seamless!!!! The builder, real estate agent and title company were all impressed with not only how fast things moved but how professional it was. I give them a 5 star because they earned it and I will always be a customer. Thank you Quotic Team
