I ordered a heritage blue plaque on 6th July for my sister’s birthday. Confirmed the proof on the 7th, but didn’t receive it until the 28th. Missed her birthday. Got nowhere when trying to track it. No response to an email sent on 19th enquiring on its whereabouts, but did get a reply to my email of Friday 24th some hours after, which I was very relieved about, saying they’d look into it and get back to me asap. They didn’t, but then I received it on the 28th.
The proof looked really good but it isn’t as solid as I expected. Cost £42.99. It will look better once fixed to the wall I’m sure.
Overall I have to say I’m disappointed. Lacking in response to emails and delivered later than predicted.

I got these for my Southsea caravans holiday caravans for my guests to have an activity. The guides are a good mix of history, quirky facts and an activity adventure for my guests to do. It's a bit early to gauge if they are well liked.

I see this company do a range of such guides across the south east coast, so ideal for locals and visitors. Something for tourist information centres to stock.

I bought this for the grandkids and it kept them busy for a whole afternoon after exams had finished. They enjoyed it.

Fabulous time exploring Tunbridge Wells. Great fun and easy to follow. Took us longer cos we stopped at all the coffees places 😂

The guides are excellent value for money, I haven't yet put them into practice but they look very well thought out.

I have ordered a few blue plaques as presents for people recently through Quiz trail. Massive thank you to Liz, Becky & Laura for doing a great job. Their response to my emails are super quick and always very flexible. Proofs are always sent out before the plaque goes into manufacture. Liz in particular is always there for me. The only thing i would say is that it would be nice if they were delivered in a nice presentation box. Other than that, very impressed! Thanks girls. Majella London
