I've been using Quintessential's roach/tips for about two decades. Only issues were down to Royal Mail (no surprise there). Quintessential was brilliant throughout.

Received the tea in a couple of days through Royal Mail and the package was tracked all along the way. The tea tastes great and the price was a bargain! I have seen the same product on other sites for twice the price without free delivery!

After ordering I had a query so I emailed Quintessential half expecting to hear nothing back. However I was pleasantly surprised to receive a next Day response answering my query completely. My order arrived very quickly.definitely will order again, when I need to.

I do not think we deserve a 1-star review for the service given.
Naturally you understand that sometimes Royal Mail, despite their and our best intentions, have items that get damaged in transit within their huge network.
The real test of our service to you came when you emailed us to inform us of the damaged outer packaging.
1. We responded to you in 13 minutes
2. We offered to pay for the return
3. We apologized for the hassle
4. We let you keep 2 individual units, just to try to be nice
Your review mentions none of the services mentioned and solely focuses on the product damage when it's clear that's the result of a third party and while annoying, all your review does is lower our trust score and damage our business when I know for a fact we have treated you far better than most companies would in the same situation.
I am sorry our free tracked delivery to you of your parcel was damaged by Royal Mail, but i just don't think the review reflects the service you received, but i thank you for taking the time to do it.
However, to anyone reading this review, you can see how we treat people when things go wrong. We like to treat people how we ourselves would wish to be treated in the same situation - fairly and quickly.
You can also see our last bad review was over a year old. We are very proud how we treat our customers.
overall a good experience.
I purchased the pineapple express cbd vape oil,It was a pleasant taste and I did find it good as a relaxing aid. Was hoping it would act as pain relief for my back but sadly not on me. But will continue with it and possibly try some other products. Good starting purchase.
