No replies to emails sent to them - very poor service - I will not purchase from them because of this.

Ordered cleansing products and spay and have not turned up, have tried to contact the company numerous times to no avail , there is no number to ring them and have emailed various times and have heard nothing back , so no products a d out of pocket, woukd not recomend ,

What a brilliant company!! I have been using the magnesium spray for some months now and have found it really helpful using it before bed on my legs as, I suffer badly from cramps. I find I sleep alot better and for longer periods.
I recently had to contact the company as,my second bottle of the spray was not functioning properly. I was not complaining, I just wanted to let the company know of the problem.. The gentleman that I spoke with was sooo pleasant and apologetic. I did not expect what happened next ..he told me that he would sent me out a new bottle free of charge. Within less than 24 hours my new bottle arrived together with a small bar of soap with a sticker on it saying,.. I'm sorry..!! Who could ask for any better service than that? Amazing product. I suffer badly with migraines which get triggered by bad sleep, stress to name a few things. I spray this on inner elbows and backs of my knees before bed & never slept so well. Worth every penny

I’ve ordered several things from Harrogate Organics and I’m a fan for life! I use their sage supplements daily, over time they have significantly improved my brain fog issues. I also treat myself to their luxury foam soak - Ocean Avalon and it’s to die for. The smell is just gorgeous, the bottle lasts for ages as it’s super concentrated, which is great for the environment and your wallet and it feels like a much more expensive product. I also bought one of their Aroma pods and Bliss scent. The quality is just wonderful, it looks gorgeous and it’s made my room smell divine. On top of all of this, the rewards system they use is so generous it makes me keep coming back for more. Their packaging is just so beautifully done, including hand written notes and more bliss aroma in their packaging. I’m visiting Harrogate soon, so I’ll be finally visiting the mothership, having no doubt blown the bank with goodies. Just LOVE them ❤️

I discovered Harrogate Organics through a friend who had recently purchased the Magnesium Spray. As I suffer with restless legs and being peri-menaporsal, my sleep can be very hit and miss.
I ordered the magnesium spray online and the website was so easy and user friendly. My delivery arrived very quickly and I was impressed with how much product you get in the bottle. I sprayed both elbows and behind both knees with the spray and I can honestly say I slept straight through, no restless legs and no insomnia. The spray absorbs well and smells lovely. I have been using the spray for 6 days now and I feel my lack of sleep and aching legs have almost been resolved. I will definitely be re-ordering this product and would recommend the magnesium spray to anyone with sleep deprivation or RLS. Thank you Harrogate for restoring my Zzzzzzzzzz's and resting my legs .

I purchased this product for aching legs and after 2 uses discontinued as the pain was worse after using the product twice. Contacted customer services to return and was advised I could not do this as the product had been opened. Disappointing Customer experience

Was recommended this magnesium spray and so far I’m really pleased with it. Sleeping better and helping a little with pain too.

I haven’t been able to stop raving about the magnesium spray and how much it helps aid a good night sleep! I’m hooked and ordered again last week (my first order of the smaller bottle lasted longer than expected!) Great loyalty scheme and chance to build up credit for money off and a subscription option so you don’t ever run out. 100% recommend

Ordered some of there products on the 28th of November and they have still not arrived, Tried to contact the company twice and have had no reply. No products no tracking information and no contact so bot great service so far.
