I have genuinely loved my time living at Luna Quintain Living. From the moment I moved in, the residents team made the building feel like home. The environment is welcoming, safe, and well looked after, and the team are always friendly, helpful, and professional.
A special thank you to Ciara, who has always been so kind, supportive, and easy to speak to. She really goes above and beyond for residents and makes a big difference to the community.
The whole team has created one of the best living experiences I have had in the UK. Even my puppy was always welcomed and loved by everyone, which made the place feel even more special. I am only moving because I need to be closer to work, but I will really miss Luna, the team, and the community here.
Highly recommend Luna Quintain Living to anyone looking for a lovely place to live with an amazing residents team.

I frequently use the social spaces for work from home and have a coffee which I very much enjoy. Ciara is always very polite and hands on, she’s a great addition to the building

Whenever I visit my friend at the building, the staff at the desk are always kind, bubbly, and very helpful. This week I needed to get somewhere in the Wembley area, but since I’m not from around here I was having trouble finding my way. One of the staff members, I believe her name was Bolaji, helped me. I really appreciated her help and friendliness.

We’ve lived at Luna for six months now and we love the facilities there neighbourhood the beautiful view out of our apartment. However, what is absolutely amazing is the Resident Team especially Ciara. Ciara has been absolutely incredible for helping us out with a slight heating issue and a whole host of other things

I recently visited Quintain Living building and had a really great experience. The building is absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, and very impressive. I’d also like to give a special mention to Bolaji from reception, who was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, a lovely first impression of Quintain Living.

Bolaji has been amazing, customer service has been great and always resolved issues, she is new to the Luna building but already making a big impression as I come here to visit my friends. Great job.

I love living at Luna!! The flats are so nice and the extra accommodations are amazing. Ciara at the front desk makes my day better every time! She’s so helpful and accommodating and takes care of all my issues asap. 10/10 recommend!

Loved living at Luna for the past 7 months purely for my star girl Ciara. She has made it feel like a home and I will miss our chats. The manager of Luna, Daniel is also a top guy. Both legends.

It’s coming up to 6 months living here and I absolutely love it - it’s a fantastic location, and the amenities are great (especially the gym and co-working space). The resident team are incredible - so helpful and kind, quick to resolve issues, and it’s so nice to always have a friendly face to greet you. Special shoutout goes to Ciara who consistently goes above and beyond for me and my flatmate!!

The Quintain Living leasing team was fantastic! They helped me quickly secure the perfect studio apartment at a great price, and I loved the whole atmosphere of the process.

Been loving living here the last few months! The Luna building has more residents in it, making it feel a bit more like a community of people. I especially love meeting whoever's at the desk downstairs, especially Ciara - she might genuinely be one of the nicest people I've met! Super friendly, cheery, always down for a chinwag, ultimate lifesaver, and she makes this place feel more like home. 💕

Had a great tour with Sahl, I really liked both of their new buildings (luna) but particularly identified with Solar. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking to rent in the Wembley area.

We’re so pleased with the service at the apartment—the staff genuinely care and help residents.

We initially had a small issue due to the Immigration Act 2014, which requires all tenants to complete Right to Rent checks together before collecting keys. Since my flatmate and I couldn’t all be in London at the same time with our documents ready, we were stuck. But Julia Whyte came up with a smart solution: we signed an addendum, and it worked perfectly.

Julia is amazing! She patiently guided us through the complex legal process and explained everything clearly, especially helpful for foreign tenants. She’s a true problem-solver—thank you, Julia!

I had a great experience staying here. The location is excellent, offering a lovely view, and the building comes with spacious terraces that are perfect for relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the standout features is the gym — it’s the best I’ve used in a residential property. The Wi-Fi speed is fast and reliable, making it ideal for working from home. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for both short and long stays!

We recently moved in Luna, our experience has been great. There is lots of things to do, new and well equipped gym, children play area, open park, roof top terrace. The resident team is amazing and helpful too.

I decided I wanted to live by myself very randomly one weekend, and walked into the Quintain Hub after seeing their banners around Wembley.

Sahl not only made time for me that day, but he went above and beyond in accommodating me into his busy schedule the next day as well.

I was considering three different flats spread across various buildings managed by Quintain Living. Sahl armed me with information and a map for a self guided viewing the day I walked in, and when I came back the next day, he was incredible help in narrowing down my options and finding the best place for me.

He is knowledgeable and friendly, and I was able to put down a holding fee on a flat that I absolutely adore the same day. The only reason I was able to provide a holding fee right away (and beat out the competition >:D) was because Sahl decided to go see the flat with me in the few minutes he had prior to another viewing, and gave me well informed answers to my many questions.
