Quality at affordable prices
It’s becoming difficult to find well made clothing, made from cotton. Quiksilver products fit the bill perfectly.
Nice shorts, but pricey
Nice shorts. Nice light material. Not sure how well they’d last being so light especially as they are very expensive. Great fit.
Wouldn't bother
Purchased quite a few things and a t-shirt arrived damaged. Emailed straight away and it took 2 months for a response. They then refused to refund as "it had been worn" and wasn't in packaging despite only coming in clear bag. It had not been worn and now waited a further three weeks for a further response which is unlikely to come. I wish I had seen the reviews first as never known a refund process to be so frustrating, another tshirt has since got a hole in it so although used to rate Quiksilver would highly recommend any other company over them as the odd occasion when returning items other companies are more enjoyable than slamming your head against a wall.

I returned some shorts on 20th August 2025 and STILL no refund (order #12679693) 4 weeks later. Have contacted them 4 times but never any response, absolutely disgusted.
Customer service appalling, Will have to take it to a small claims court if no response this week. AVOID!!!!
Quicksilver will not respond to my returned shorts after 5 weeks
I returned some shorts that didn't fit on 29th July 2025 and Quicksilver customer service have ignored all communication from me.

I will never use Quicksilver ever again, just horrible to deal with and terrible service. A true American rubbish company.

Bought a pair of swim shorts off this sickening website 2 weeks ago. They arrived on-time, but I didnt like the style so I wanted to return them for a refund.
The returns portal wouldent work, it continued to come up saying "Order not found" despite using the correct Order number and email address used to place the order.
When i tried the returns portal again 1 day later, the page would not even load, saying "Error 404 page not found". The same happened when I tried clicking into their customer service tab in their website.
I had to get the customer service email associated with this shameful company through a 3rd party forum.
I proceeded to send them an email talking about how the returns portal would not work and therefore I could not get a returns label for the parcel.
2 days later I got an AUTOMATED response from a bot, forwarding me to the "Customer service" tab that keeps coming up "Error 404, webpage not found".
I sent ANOTHER email, detailing the problem: And this time I just didnt get a response. It has been 10 days since sending the email. I live in Ireland by the way, and used the INTERNATIONAL email, not just the US based email. They have warehouses across Europe anyways, so this should not be a problem.
This company has shocking customer service, their website doesent work, and it seems like theyre trying their level best to make it as hard as humanly possible for people to get returns and refunds. Clearly a failing company, and I would not be surprised if they shut down in 10 years time.
I heard that Quicksilver used to be a reputable, reliable brand. Now it is SICKENING and DISGUSTING and they treat their would-be customers like trash.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was ready to wait weeks for my order after reading all the comments, but it turned out that I ordered all items from a local warehouse. I placed my order late on Sunday and received it in less than 3 days today, on Wednesday morning (I live in London by the way). It was delivered by Royal Mail. No complaints, all the clothes fit as expected (I am a xxs girl, ordered xs, so it sits a bit oversized on me), quality is alright.

Disappointed with Delivery and Lack of Support
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Quiksilver’s delivery service. My parcel has been stuck at my local delivery depot for five days with no updates, and now it’s been rerouted to a completely different depot that’s nowhere near my address. It’s clearly on its way back to the sender, and no one seems able—or willing—to explain why.
I contacted Quiksilver customer support and specifically asked them to get in touch with the delivery company to find out what’s going on. Instead of actually helping, they just kept sending me the online tracking information that I already had access to. No effort to escalate the issue or offer a solution.
Really disappointing customer service and poor handling of a basic delivery issue. I expected better.

Needed to return my items due to poor quality. It's been 16 days since the items were returned with no refund processed. Given they quote 10 days i messaged them. Got told by an automated reply that 'by chasing them it will cause delays'. Still no refund or acknowledgment that it's going to be processed.

Wrong item delivered which cost much less than my order, currently on day 6 of no response to my query other than the same automated message.

A common theme…
Imagine my surprise! After waiting nearly 3 weeks for a complaint reply (£55 pair of sliders started falling apart after 3 weeks), I thought I’d post my thoughts on here, only to find they’re at it left right and centre. This once great brand is clearly finished. I don’t expect and reply/replacement or refund, this company is obviously finished. Give it a wide berth if you’ve got any sense.
