BEWARE - prices advertised at discounted rates are added to basket at a higher price! Loved Quiksilver product, Great clothes, shame about terrible website/customer service. More corporate owners who only care about money

Returned two orders and Quiksilver managed to lose half of the items, despite them all being in the same package, only providing refunds for half of them. Customer service non-existent, have tried contacting them to resolve this countless times, it has now been over a week and I am out of a lot of money.

No need to explain again, it is all explained in previous reviews.
Quiksilver is a scam!

I never received the package and it has taken me over a week to get a response from the company and yet still have not received my money back for the order.

Zipper on jacket is substandard - broke and jacket is useless

Logged into ‘quiksilver freedom’ account to process a ‘free’ return. Each stage of the process loaded with no issue until the final stage that generates the free returns label, which consistently shows an error message saying ‘oops unable to process refund at this time, try again later’! This is clearly programmed into the website and is a complete scam to force you to pay for returns which will probably never even be processed. I’ll be reselling these items on eBay as there is no way to contact this company. No email address or phone number.

I would like to tell you of the excellent customer service I had recently with Jules and Steph st Boardriders store at Coolangatta. Friendly, competent and helpful.

I ordered a long sleeve tee in the sale. Order was delivered super quick (That's the one star). Unfortunately it was too small, so I returned it at cost. It was received back by them as seen on the postage tracking service. So they have it. Probably sold it on afterwards. I'm still waiting for a refund after 6 weeks!!! Never in the past 10 years has a company failed me like these jokers. Really decent brand but failing badly at keeping customers.

Ordered some shorts for my holiday. They took over 15 days to arrive bu this time I was already away when they where delivered. I sent the item back on 09/08/22 still haven't had any confirmation of when I'll get my money back

Such bad service.
Bought a pair of shorts with a drawstring waist, waited weeks for them to arrive.
Then I wore them once and the drawstring snapped and came out of the shorts so I emailed them for a replacement and they replied on a Sunday within a few hours asking for more details and photos. I thought that was a good sign but that was over a month ago.

Not another single reply from them since, I’ve sent multiple emails and then the other day I got an auto email to say they apologise for the delay in responding and to reply to said email if I still need support. So I replied and the exact same response came through again so it’s a circle.

I responded a couple more times as I don’t want them to dismiss my emails but I guess that’s what’s going to happen now.
I’m totally appalled by their customer service and left with a broken pair of shorts that weren’t cheap.

Just hope you don’t have a faulty item!

Bought a couple of pairs of trousers on the Quiksilver website - have been a fanboy for years.

Didn't hear anything for approx. 7 days after the confirmation email, so I messaged them to ask if product still in stock. Heard nothing, but was refunded. Then later on, monies debited from my account again and a week later, the item arrived. Very poor communication.

Then had to order another size - this arrived faster. In the end both were wrong size. Fearful of others' reviews on Trustpilot, had no option but to return them (at my cost, so I posted both in same package.

Monies returned to my account approx. 5 days later. No hassle whatsoever.

Never bother writing reviews but wanted to reassure people that sometimes you can still deal with this company with minimal stress! Not to dispute the fact that others have had worse experiences.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered some clothes for my children, they took 13 Days to arrive (14 if you include day of ordering). By the time they arrived (while we were already on holiday) it was 1 day too late, as they were for going on holiday. Once home, returns process appears easy, but 15 days after I returned most of the items I have heard nothing, if I track the return with evri it’s still enroute. Honestly I won’t use them again. Customer service is non existent, took them one week to reply to my initial query regarding delivery. The products are good, but I would source elsewhere if you can.

In this day and age, an absolutely terrible experience, meaning I will not buy this brand ever again. 2 days late for a 10 day delivery!!!, came after we had left for holiday so had to buy another brand at the airport. Then 10 days for customer services to respond. How can they operate?.. AVOID.

If you buy from this company then prepare yourself for zero communication. My order was split into two. I never received any email about this. One day I had a parcel with only half the items in it. I contacted customer services by emails and was ignored for longer than the promised 48hrs. They then eventually replied to say they were too busy to deal with any issues. Eventually after another week I suddenly got two dispatch emails. One of which had already been delivered! The second parcel then arrived with all items present. I am glad I don’t need to return anything as I imagine it would be a frustrating experience. I have given 3 stars as the items did arrive and they are of good quality. Terrible communication and I will not use this website again. I will continue to buy Quiksilver products but I will use other websites.

Ordered a short, received a different colour and than I have to pay the return of 13 euro!!!

Absolutely garbage service by modern standards. No useful contact options, pathetic order tracking ability. I won't ever use them again, would much rather order their products from third parties who aren't useless and unreachable.

My order is still showing as processing after a week since I paid for it. I have sent four emails but yet to receive a reply. Disgusting customer service.
I will now be putting in a claim via PayPal....

Ordered online through paypal well over a week ago. .. no confirmation of order and the only way of contacting is via a generic email.. which i was told would be with 48hrs.
Still nothing absolutely shocking service and no customer care!
Please avoid!

Waited nearly 3 weeks for my order which turned up with incorrect order sizes and missing items. From somewhere abroad.
Did not refund correct amounts and still out of pocket as had to send XL shirt back (when supposed to be small) which cost £5 and vest top missing.
Customer service does not exist so no point in contacting them as they send generic replies back.
Please don’t ever use.

Total pap. Sent order to pick up point and not my address on order. Failed to respond to communications. Now purchases are on the way back to wherever this bunch is in Europe. These people clearly don't care. Avoid and use reputable surf companies. Watch out for other surf companies also failing to operate out of Europe after Brexit. PS I have used quiksilver products for surfing for over 20 yrs. Disappointed on the faceless direction the company has chosen in the UK.
