Malísima, pésima…

Malísima, más malos que pegarle a la mamá, primero te ponen a vivir con cualquiera… no responden por incidencias… si se les pudiera colocar menos una estrella sería genial… no responden, te bloquean de WhatsApp el tal señor Marcos que muy atento para hacer el contrato pero ya luego se desaparece, son unos irresponsables, nadie responde el WhatsApp, no hay teléfonos, no hay direcciónes no hay nadie ni nada donde o con quien comunicarse, luego del contrato de hacen los tontos.

AGENCIA QUICKIN ESTAFADORES

Pongo una estrella porq si fuera por mi ni esa se merecen , éramos 4 inquilinos en el sexto piso de Perez Galdos 87 . Nos dieron un trato nefasto , la casa se caía a pedazos . ESTAFABAN DINERO con el pretexto de Que podía haber diferencias por luz gas y agua . Nunca había nadie en casa ni había electrodomésticos porq era una mie*** de casa . Marco un estafador q quitó dinero desde un principio y luego iba de digno, otro lameculos . El resto de personal unos lameculos que no se saben ni organizar bien . 2 meses sin lavadora estuvimos y otros 2 meses sin agua caliente. En pleno invierno. Por no hablar del técnico de la agencia que venía BORRACHO Y DROGADO . a hacer chapuzas q luego no servían para nada . Esta agencia agotará tu paciencia y t llevará a tu límites económicos y mentales. Ni siquiera hacen caso cuando tienes un problema . Si se trata de dinero lo alargan con excusas y pretextos porque como se lo gastan todo seguramente , intentan inflar facturas de otros pisos para lograrlo . En fin si pongo esto por aquí es porque mi experiencia ha sido muy desagradable. Espero q lleguéis a esta información con facilidad y os sirva de utilidad . NO CONTRATÉIS CON ESTOS ESTAFADORES

NO CONFIÉIS EN ESTA EMPRESA

Valoro con una estrella porque no se pueden poner menos. ES UNA VERGÜENZA DE SERVICIO! Somos 6 inquilinas de un piso de Zaragoza. Desde que entramos al piso nos encontramos con varias incidencias, las cuales siguen sin resolverse. Estuvimos esperando UN MES ENTERO para que el técnico viniera al piso y además no solucionar nada. Lo más grave por ahora ha sido que la caldera se estropeara. Esta empresa, por ahorrar costes, tiene un robot para atender a los clientes. Obviamente este contestador automático no es capaz de entender lo que se le dice y puedes estar semanas sin contactar con un trabajador real. Esto último ha ocurrido con el tema de la caldera el cual ha terminado en una fuga de agua. Al no obtener respuesta por parte de esta empresa hemos tenido que contactar nosotras mismas con un fontanero. Ahora, además de no cubrir los costes, nos quieren hacer pagar por un técnico de la empresa. DENIGRANTE! NO CONFIÉIS EN ESTA EMPRESA.

Me parece de coña la gestión de esta empresa con sus pisos, se rompió la caldera y ni nos contestaron por el chat de incidencias, nos contestaba un robot, tardo 3 semanas en venir un técnico para no solucionar nada tampoco y aún encima nos dicen que es culpa nuestra

Piso estudiantes Zaragoza

Somos 6 inquilinas que han sufrido varias incidencias en el piso, y no nos hacen ni caso. El contacto es un robot que contesta si tienes suerte, pero tampoco soluciona nada. Ahora mismo nos encontramos sin agua con la caldera rota y no ha venido ningún técnico a atendernos, es una vergüenza.

Piso Quickin Zaragoza

Soy inquilina en un piso en Zaragoza. Llevamos un mes en el piso y mis compañeras y yo hemos recibido un trato nefasto, por poder decir que ha existido algún trato. Llegamos y había dos mamparas en el salón que nadie se dignaba a llevarse, por no hablar de una fuga de agua y la caldera sin funcionar. Intentamos contactar con ellos y no hay manera de que nos den soluciones.

NON AFFITTATE ASSOLUTAMENTE DA QUICKIN

Sarebbero troppe le cose da dire, ma per te che stai cercando informazioni su questa agenzia sappi che sono tutt'altro che professionisti. Cercheranno in qualsiasi momento di sfilarti soldi e non saranno mai disponibili per dialogare. Ho soggiornato un anno a Valencia in uno dei loro appartamenti: casa all'arrivo inguardabile, mai pulita; lavatrice rotta per 2 mesi; citofono rotto mai aggiustato; serranda in camera rotta per 6 mesi e poi "riparata" con una tenda in plastica per oscurare la luce. Ad ogni pagamento mensile si facevano pagare una tassa per l'uso dell'applicazione di pagamento (10€ in più). A fine contratto ci hanno messo esattamente 3 mesi per restituire la cauzione, ovviamente dopo minacce legali. Per non parlare del fatto che su ogni mese di affitto ci sono 50€ di sovrattassa per le bollette (in un appartamento da 5 persone sono in totale 250€, ditemi chi di voi paga 250€ al mese di bolletta per un appartamento da 50m2). Verso fine contratto hanno deciso di minacciare un'ulteriore sovrattassa di 50€ a persona se avessimo lasciato la casa in cattive condizioni. Date retta a me e a tutti quelli che hanno recensito, non affittate se volete vivere in serenità!

Quickin? More like QuickOUT!

This company is nothing but a scam. From the moment you sign the contract, you’re abandoned. Communication is a joke — we literally had to ask our neighbours to contact our landlord because Quickin refused to reply to us.

When I moved in, no one showed up. I didn’t even know which room was mine. When I finally figured it out, the place was disgusting: filthy, dusty, broken furniture, and NOTHING like the photos. I demanded it be cleaned, and their response was: “this is not the way to do things.” Unbelievable. A clean apartment is the absolute minimum anyone can expect when renting.

To make it worse, I reported damages before moving in, but later the landlord tried to charge me for them anyway. And my deposit? They took over 3 months to refund it, didn’t return the full amount, and gave ZERO explanation for the deductions — despite me leaving the room in better condition than I found it.

This is not a one-off case either. So many Erasmus students I know also had terrible experiences with Quickin — scams, lies, and endless stress.

Do NOT rent with Quickin. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and predatory. Avoid them at all costs.

Aside from all the hassle during your stay, which, believe me, you don't want to deal with, when it comes time to refund your deposit, THEY DISAPPEAR. They won't give it back to you! Beware of these scammers! Report them to the police and to the sites where you find their ads!

Deposit Not Returned After 3 Months

My daughter rented a room in Valladolid with Quickin. After moving out three months ago, they confirmed the room was in good condition but still haven’t returned my deposit. Now they are not responding at all. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Desastre total

Muy mala organización, te tratan mal, las casas vienen muy mal montadas y les falta de todo, la encargada de la zona de valladolid una mal educada y grosera y a parte una incompetente que no tienen ni idea de nada, intentas contactar con ellos y nadie te responde, nadie se preocupa por ti, todo mal, no aconsejaría esta empresa en la vida si tienen más opciones coger las demás opciones y encima es cara

Quickin are scammers!!!!

Renting with Quickin has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My contract said that my €550 deposit had to be paid back within 30 days after moving out. I moved out on May 31st, and months later I still had to fight to get my money. In the end, they only sent me €500.
The contract also says that if the deposit is late, you get extra money for every day of delay. I never got that either. So they didn’t just delay my payment they also ignored their own rules.
On top of that, they always take €50 for “cleaning,” but there was no cleaning before I moved in, and no cleaning after I left. Other tenants told me the same. So that €50 just disappears for nothing.
Communication with Quickin was terrible. I had to message again and again, and when I pushed for answers, they tried to turn it around and make it seem like I was the problem. All I wanted was the money I was promised.
Quickin is not transparent, they don’t respect their own contracts, and they treat tenants unfairly. For your own good, don't rent here!!!

Nefasto

Nefasto, horrible. Llegas y el piso lleno de mi.. y comida de otros, la atencion si tienes un problema deja mucho que desear, tardan bastante, el movil de adorno lo tienen, y ahora una vez acabado el contrato y con la fisnza pendiente de ser devuelta, no contestan, me da a mi que ese dinero no lo voy a oler

Terrible experience with Quickin…


Terrible experience with Quickin Valencia: deposit never returned, unacceptable management
I left my room on June 16th and today, September 5th, I still have not received back my 500€ deposit.
The excuse that "the utility bills have not yet arrived" is ridiculous: months have passed, other people have continued living in the apartment, and therefore it is impossible to correctly determine which costs belong to me. Who guarantees that damages caused by other tenants after my departure will not be unfairly charged against my deposit?
It is outrageous that Quickin demands maximum punctuality from tenants (with penalties even for just a few days delay in rent payment), yet completely ignores legitimate requests for the return of deposits, violating their own policy that states refunds must be made within 30 days from the move-out date.
On top of that, their customer service is useless. I keep receiving automatic replies saying that my case is “waiting to be transferred to an agent”, but in reality no one ever contacts me. This is nothing short of fraudulent behavior.
This is not the first major problem I had with Quickin. When I first moved in February into a flat chosen with one of their operators, the apartment was in a disgusting state: hair in the sinks, feces stains in the toilet, dust everywhere (to which I am highly allergic), a filthy kitchen and common areas, broken door handles (I could not even lock myself in the bathroom). For days, I was left alone in the house with a much older man I had never met before, which was completely unacceptable and unsafe.
Only thanks to the operator Marco I was able to change apartment, but I was forced to pay more for it. At that time, I was promised that because of the shocking conditions I had endured, they would not deduct the usual 50€ cleaning fee from my deposit. Yet, as of today, I have not received a single cent back.
This is scandalous and unacceptable. If I do not receive my deposit immediately, I will proceed with:
A formal complaint to the Spanish authorities
A report to European and Spanish consumer protection agencies
Legal action for fraud and misappropriation.

Avoid Quickin Valencia at all costs. Zero professionalism, zero respect for clients, and highly questionable practices that border on fraud.

Quickin Ilocalizables

Tuve un alquiler con ellos en Elche que finalizó en julio, antes del 1/09 debían devolvérme la fianza y no sólo no me la han devuelto sino que es imposible contactar con ellos, móviles apagados, contestadores de voz llenos…, siento impotencia. Pague puntualmente todos los meses y no tengo mi dinero ni manera de contactar con ellos y reclamarlo y en el chat de incidencias estoy en bucle con una IA que no me aclara nada. Decepcionante!!!!

Experincia horrible

Buenas, es una empresa fantasma. No responde a los problemas, no devuelve fianzas cuando no hay deperfecto. Lo que me indigna es que haya obtenido una subvención de la Comunidad Valenciana por favorecer el empleo juvenil (es a costa de los inquilinos a los que no devuelve la fianza).
Vergonzoso.

FUYEZ!!

FUYEZ!!! Entreprise vraiment à fuire. J'ai reçu une chambre remplie de saleté, mégot de cigarette. Rien n'était nettoyé, matelas dans un état pitoyable j'ai du prendre une chambre d'hôtel. Aucune réponse du service on est livré à soi même et on ne récupère par son argent. à absolument fuire.

ONE OF THE WORST AGENCIES FOR RENTING HOUSES IN VALENCIA

One of the worst agencies for renting houses in Valencia. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. My contract lasted 10 months (September 2024 - June 2025), and during the entire stay, surreal situations arose:
1) On my arrival day, which had been agreed upon for several months, I was forced to climb in through the window to access my room due to the lack of keys. When I contacted them, they informed me that since it was a Sunday and therefore a day off, no one could bring me the keys to my room and that I would have to wait until the next day, leaving me unable to leave to resolve some issues regarding my long stay.
2) They made "unannounced" checks at inopportune and inconvenient times, making absurd demands regarding cleaning, such as having to clean behind the washing machine, which was embedded in the cabinet and therefore unable to access it.
All this while threatening us with fines if we didn't clean as they required.
3) The house in general was not properly maintained. My room flooded twice because the toilet base wasn't sealed, and we had to wait a full 7 months to resolve this issue.
4) Unfortunately, I lost my keys during my stay, and as is only right, I had to replace them out of my own pocket. However, I won't accept a €25 fine, to be paid within 24 hours of the incident, and the return of the copy of the keys they gave me within 24 hours. Otherwise, the fine would increase by €10 per day.
5) Their contract has very strict payment terms, such as a €10 increase for each day past the deadline for paying the monthly rent. Yet, despite being very precise with all the payments, I still have to return the deposit corresponding to one month's rent two months after the end of the contract. When I contacted them, I was told first that I needed to check for any additional bills, and then I was informed that they were having technical problems.

Trust me when I tell you, don't make the same mistake I did by trusting these unprofessional and insincere people.
