Awful, kick you out of surveys after completing them whole, keep your data for it and then no reward! Avoid like the plague! Only data people ive had bad experiences with.

I ran a survey on Q and they botched it by not showing certain questions. When I contacted them, they admitted that they had a bug, but refused to reimburse. What a joke. Never again.

In general, very quick and courteous customer service. More training of customer services reps needed and bring Insight up to speed with customer's reporting needs.
I like Qualtrics. The move to Insight was spotty, the newest platform lost some features that I liked a lot and used a lot from the previous version and now they are either nowhere to be found or planned for the future. I would like Qualtrics to invest more time and resources on its reporting capabilities. You claim Insight is highly customisable yet it isn't. Customer service is very quick to response though not always able to resolve my problems. Yet they are normally very nice and attentive.
Great products, great company, great people.
The Qualtrics suite of products is by far superior to any competitor out there. I've also found their support and account teams to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our organization has already seen improvements to our customer experience and as a result of the insights we gained using the Qualtrics Insight Platform.

Qualtrics is an excellent technology to support my research efforts. It facilitates the design and field work when survey methodologies are implemented. It also is the most efficient way to gather data from remote cites making my consulting work timely and facilitating my survey design and interviewing.
Qualtrics Insight Platform
For the most part, it's a really good platform. I rated 4/5 because of some issues with customer service - due to Qualtrics growing as a company, they have a lot of new people who don't yet know the system as well as they could, and lately, I've received some contradictory information from various support techs. They do have some room for improvement there. But overall, the system is good, fairly intuitive, and even users who aren't comfortable with technology find it easy to use. They also have support pages online, which include videos and written instructions, which are extremely helpful.
Advanced Features
This is a great survey product which allows you to easily create complicated surveys as well as analyze the data received. It integrates well with other products to allow us to build complex customer understanding as well as trigger surveys based upon user behaviors.
It would be nice if there was a yearly high-level analysis of the reports provided by the account manager along with recommendations.
They have been there when I have needed them
We have had a lot of great gains from the efficiencies of the Qualtrics service. Sure, the service is expensive, but there is a big payback for the premium.
A platform that I know I can trust.
I've been a heavy user since 2012 and I just love the platform. Customer Support is ALWAYS ready to answer questions and the platform is very easy to use and intuitive. It seems that both from a product and service perspective, Qualtrics is definitely a platform I'd highly recommend.

Highest Quality Service
Qualtrics is an organization worthy of high praise in many areas. Their online survey platform is well designed, has more tools and options available than most will ever use, and is constantly being improved with updates and new features. However, Qualtric's best attribute is their customer service. It is by far the best of any company I have experienced! They are friendly, responsive, eager and happy to help, and quite knowledgeable about their software. I wish other companies (e.g. Dell) were more like Qualtrics.

Qualtrics has been an incredible company to work with. Their customer service is second to none; they are responsive and helpful every time. Even when I think I've encountered a challenging situation that will stump them, they have 2 or 3 ways of accomplishing what I need to get done.

If you collect any kind of data directly from people, Qualtrics is your industry standard. Qualtrics is always looking for ways to help research professionals do their job better. Their survey insights platform is an indispensable part of my day-to-day work, and it is a pleasure to use. It is intuitive and simple, but also powerful.
Outstsanding
We use Qualtrics for market research and performance management and I can recommend them 100%, their support is truly amazing and always helpful, friendly and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. The research suite is easy to learn and navigate and the support team will help you learn, there is a library of useful videos for the beginners on how to use the system. My only negative is that the support does not operate on a Sunday and as we are a company in the Middle East sometimes we need support on a Sunday, apart from this Qualtrics is a brand that feels like an extension of your company and the levels of service and support are 100% and on par with Apple,
