Awful, kick you out of surveys after completing them whole, keep your data for it and then no reward! Avoid like the plague! Only data people ive had bad experiences with.

I ran a survey on Q and they botched it by not showing certain questions. When I contacted them, they admitted that they had a bug, but refused to reimburse. What a joke. Never again.

Please ignore bad reviews, they are completly misunderstood
People who wrote reviews on this site must literally be brain-dead. They haven't understood that Qualtrics is not a survey-reward site. They simply offer their survey tool for everyone to use (willing to pay ofc). I thought only children would waste time completing surveys for "rewards" lmfao.
In regards to Qualtrics:
I have used a lot of survey tools in my studies, and this is by far the best and most advanced. They have every feature you think of. We created a fully randomized likert scale questionnaire, and it worked wonderfully. Can only recommend.
To say I am disappointed would be a total understatement
To say I am disappointed for spending money on this useless service would be a total understatement. In all my years of working with tech vendors I have never interacted with a less responsive and non-customer focused crowd. Complete non-responsiveness to several tickets, as well as system issues (via two different browsers).

Survey closed in half an hour
Nothing like receiving an email, then clicking on the link not a half hour later only to get the "sorry, the survey is closed" message.
I'm just a guy that got an email from a survey, not a business using this "service" for research.
Complete waste of time. Unsubscribed from their email list (although I'll expect some for a the next few weeks because some companies don't unsubscribe you for a while) and if I see another email from these clowns, it's getting deleted.
Can't contact support!
Can't contact support without signing in, but the sign in function to the support page is broken. They don't reply to email! And, lots of functionality has been broken the last few days. Also, something is wrong with the styling of the surveys so they look terrible.
Super Tool, leider mit einigen Schwächen
An sich bietet Qualtrics wirklich erstklassige Produkte, gerade im CX Bereich sucht man hier vergeblich nach einer Alternative.
Was nur leider im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten, wie z.B. EFS/Tivian/ehm. Questback auffällt, das ganze System ist weniger anpassungsfähig. Zugegeben bei EFS sind einige Funktionen ziemlich verschachtelt - aber eben dennoch vorhanden.
Generell würde ich sagen ist Qualtrics dadurch aber auch benutzerfreundlicher - wobei man eben je nach usecase schnell an seine Grenzen stößt.
Der Support antwortet in der Regel schnell - wobei ich den telefonischen Support/Rückruf empfehlen würde, der antwortet in der Regel deutlich schneller - wobei man hier nicht direkt eine Ticketnummer erhält.
Leider stößt der Support hier auch öfters an seine Grenzen und man muss im System mit eher unschönen work-arounds arbeiten. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man je nach Umfang der Lizenz für diese SaaS auch mal gerne 6 stellige Beträge bezahlt, dann besteht hier durchaus Optimierungsbedarf!

They steal data. They pretend a survey doesn't match at the end. Yes, they say advertisers are the teams that design these surveys but what platform allows these unscrupulous advertisers cheat in the first place? From now on, I will contact the advertisers directly to see why I wasn't paid for my completed surveys and get paid that way. I hope Qualtrics crashes and burns into survey obscurity.
No reward for the survey
I’ve completed a Qualtrics survey in design home app and after all when I submitted it I was send to a tapjoy page saying that the survey didn’t match! Like this is easy, isn’t? You have your survey completed and just after all you know it doesn’t match? I waisted long time with this and I have screenshots but in their website there is no email for submitting problem, you must be a costumer over there and I’m not. This looks like scam.
Service is declining.
I've used Qualtrics panel several times in the past for research projects. They used to be a dream company. My last experience with them, in June-July 2021 was not so great. Huge raise in prices accompanied by a noticeable drop in service. My account manager was very difficult to arrange to speak with, no doubt busy hiking in his Utah mountains much of the day. We agreed to a number of terms, all of which they proceeded to ignore or conveniently forget. When I (forcefully) insisted they live up to the contract, they reluctantly did, but only after interminable Zoom meetings to "educate" me. I doubt I'll ever use them again.

I have completed several surveys with these undesirables in addition to being a very long survey, they take information from you and do not pay you, they are scammers every time I see a Qualtrics survey I close directly, do not do surveys with them, they steal your information and they do not pay.

50/50 chance of getting screwed by…
50/50 chance of getting screwed by qualtrics survey. Their platform makes DQ from a survey *at the end after everything is done* very easy for the owner, no wonder people go to qualtrics since they don't have to pay and still get information. These survey owners apparently don't get banned after many complaints.
Avoid, it's a scam…
I did two surveys with them and once I finished after a long time and got to the qualifications purposes part (the last one), they disqualified me. Without adding my points/ money. Now, when I see that the survey is powered by Qualtrics, I close it up!
Tried to get into contact with a support team member
Tried to get into contact with a support team-member due to a glitch in the system that completely overwrote the results from one of my surveys. Waited over 20 minutes to speak with someone via chat at which point I was told to reach out via phone - there is no phone number listing on the website for me to call. Essentially, I've been passed off to the web-based ether for a huge mishap that erased the results for an entire survey that was sent department-wide at my company.
Incompetent sales team
Tried to get in touch with someone from the sales team who could tell me how much their packages cost. They have been unable to provide me with this simple information for 3 weeks now. I called them numerous times and emailed back and forth with them. How hard can it be to sell me something? Outrageously bad service!

The website is a scam no cards are ever given out. Just read the 5 star reviews to see how obviously they are fake. SCAM AVOID!

I've just spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to accept a shared survey. This website is beyond frustrating to use and as soon as this shared survey is sorted for work, I will strongly suggest that we never ever use Qualtrics.
25 minutes survey was completed
25 minutes survey was completed. Was then served a message "We had such a great response and have already completed enough surveys..."
Dishonest and a waste of time.
I got an invitation to do a 10 minute survey for E-Trade and once complete would get an Amazon gift card. 10 minutes into the survey I get this:
