This is Barbara again. My review is below. I honestly believe this company is a scam. I called international USPS again just to make sure that it was truely not a mistake on the tracking number. It was confirmed that any international tracking number DO NOT START WITH CY192600200US. So don’t try and belittle me and say that I am wrong. She never recieved any kind of call or anything letting her know that a package was there and she would have to pay the fees. So again I am out my money because of this so called company. I am just trying to alert you on what you might be in for if you order from them. I think it’s a scam but you decide for yourself. Barbara

The reason to go to these guys is the customer service for sure, any question I had was answered politely in a very fast fashion. They even kept me updated during processing and sent me photos of the products before they were shipped. You'll absolutely have my business in the future, highly recommend.
I have ordered my 2 products and paid extra for express shipping to receive it as soon as possible. This shouldn't have ben a problem since the website states it all ships from Delaware.
Now, I find out that an extra 1-2 days of shipping is required for the package to go through customs in HONG KONG! That is absolutely ridiculous.
Had I known the package was going to arrive after the time frame I needed it, then I wouldn't have paid for express shipping since it was going to be late anyway.
I'm getting in touch with customer service and they are being unresponsive, as well. All they said was "we'll check in with our team". Even better, their time zone seems like they're emailing from Hong Kong, as well.
So I probably won't hear back again until the next day.
Seems to me like this might be a sketchy business operating from overseas yet registered in Delaware (LLC taxing is cheapest in that state).
Am willing to change my experience if I receive my package within the timeframe that I paid extra shipping for. Otherwise, I will be fighting for a refund and/ or reporting to BBB.
ADDITION on Dec 22-
In response to your unhelpful reply, here are some corrections which I would gladly provide proof of by forwarding you these emails and screenshots.
#1- The order shipped morning of dec 20. I received emails notifying me of this.
#2- Call DHL. Ask them about shipping dates for express shipping.
#3- Once again going to this whole shipping from Hong Kong thing- 2 days were added on for shipping because of customs. You do not ship from the US as you state.
Had it not had to go through customs from Hong Kong, it would have without a doubt been here on time before the 24th. That is the issue. What do you not understand here?
Further edits to your note- according to you, it was shipped dec 21 and you say 3 bd delivery would be on dec 27. Do your math please. That’s 4 bd.
Now let’s take into consideration it actually shipped on dec 20.

My order was supposed to arrive last week Friday. I left the country yesterday and requested a refund since it still has not arrived. They keep telling me the order will arrive today but it is completely useless to me now. WHEN I ASK FOR A REFUND THEY DO NOT REPLY.
THE DELAY IS SOLELY DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE with losing the item in their warehouse and taking multiple days to send out the item after creating the shipping label (the covid pandemic and shipping delays are not an excuse here).
Whenever I asked why the order was not processed within the "2-5 day processing window" they would answer that it was on its way to be shipped.... until SOMEONE ADMITTED IT WAS LOST IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. It was supposed to be delivered between April 4-9th and I planned this according to my travels. Adherence to provided timeframes is of the utmost importance and if they cared about customer service they would right their wrongs by refunding me. CLEARLY THE COMPANY IS NOT SERIOUS.

Order number 62527 - Placed an order for 5 shirts on the 22nd of Nov. Paid for priority freight. Currently 29th Dec and still has not arrived. Contacted customer ‘support’ who blatantly lied about when it was dispatched as can be seen on the tracking details. Contacted them again today to ask if they could follow up with the freight company as the status had not changed in 9 days. Got there stock standard “ We request you to wait a few more days for the updates. If there is no movement in the next week, please reach out to us”
This company does not know a thing about customer service. Horrendous. I am sure they will comment back as with others reviews justifying / denying. Just want others to Beaware

I had 2 separate orders. One one 12/5 and one on 12/6. First one I haven’t received and it’s 12/29. Second I received a week later. 24 days later and keep getting emails it’s on its way. I have no use for this product as it’s well after Christmas and was denied a refund. Bad business over all.

The ring I received from this company was beautiful. It is a Christmas present and I can't wait for the recipient to open it. The craftmanship was top notch and shipping was fast. I will keep this company in mind if I ever need and other personalized products.
We purchased the red AirPods case and customized it for our son’s birthday. He loves it! He uses the clip to attach his AirPods to his backpack. The only negative would be the case does not allow us to charge his AirPods on our charging pad. It’s no biggie, we just plug them in.

Qstomize has excellent customer service. They have nice items at affordable prices. I ordered AirPod cases. Two looked great, but one had the font too big on the name that was on top and it wasn’t centered. I emailed regarding this issue and was assisted right away in sending out a new corrected case. It arrived and my spouse loved it.
I was less than pleasant with them because of what I was going through personally but they were 100% professional the entire time! They made sure my order was here, on time, and looks amazing. I will definitely be using them again!
