Excellent path through from initial consultation through to audit the transition was smooth with a lot of assistance and support along the way

Kathryn James is by far the best consultant in the industry. She was absolutely amazing, extremely professional and unbelievably talented. Citation is extremely lucky to have her. Any company thinking twice about Citation, do not hesitate, you are in the right place.

We had our annual audit for ISO9001 with Citation. The auditor allocated to us was Andrew Thomas.
Talking to Andrew and explaining our business allowed him to give a real understanding and perspective of our actions. He was completely supportive willing helping us and explaining best practice and ways forward for the future which all adds to make the accreditation more manageable. A great auditor and the reason to keep with Citation

Annya Poole has guided our business through the process of certifying in ISO27001 and ISO9001 seamlessly, making what seemed like a daunting process turn into a series of manageable tasks that we can work our way through to certification.

I always feel at ease in audits which is so important. There was alot of support and understanding about the business which was much appreciated.

The consultation with Jerry was excellent – clear, well-structured and very informative, while also being conducted in a genuinely friendly and supportive atmosphere. Everything was explained calmly and thoroughly, with great attention to detail and a lot of patience. Jerry made the whole process easy to understand and comfortable to work through. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better consultant to guide us through this process.

ISO9001 - I had Matthew Mccomiskie as my consultant for the ISO9001. Matthew's knowledge and experience and assistance was amazing and made the time which I was dreading fly by. He built a rapport instantly, to the point that I felt like I was dealing with a friend I had known all my life. He went above and beyond what he was required to do and has made me feel confident about all the processes and the tasks we have to continue to do achievable. I can not rate Matthew highly enough.

Jerry did his best to answer all my questions considering that im a "baby" LTD and i bombarded him with questions and scenarios and on top English is not my first language but he did a great job!

I have had a terrible experience with Citation. I have been in discussions with them for four years about terminating my contract due to feeling I was paying for a service I had not received. Despite me cancelling it in 2022, they have continued to invoice me for the last four years despite me requesting for it to be terminated. Their reasoning being, we had not reached an agreement as per the contract.

Despite the fact that I disputed their original cancellation offer (with reasonable explanation as to why), they have continued to invoice me for a service I have not received.

They are now saying I have to take this up with their complaint's department. Would advise anyone considering using them to avoid doing so, you will regret it.

Despite the response below, 1 week later and no-one has reached out to me to resolve this 04/02/26

Working with Annya Poole on our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System review and certification was an outstanding experience. Annya was so friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable, especially in helping me understand the requirements of the ISO standard and the certification process which made the whole journey feel much more manageable.
