Just received my order and very happy with the quality. Jimmy answered all my questions and was extremely helpful!

Nelson was excellent. Great communication. Helped me along the creation journal and kept me up to date with production and shipping. Product looks incredible.

Excellent company to work with! The quality of the book was stupendous! A great company to work with. I will definitely use them in the future!

I ordered 500 hardcover copies of my picture book which arrived in excellent condition and earlier than I expected. The pages are thick and beautifully glossy with vivid colors and attractively attached matte endpapers. The embossed, gold foiled covers are beautiful and give the books that extra special touch! Each book was thoughtfully plastic wrapped which will create a "gift experience" for customers who purchase the books and have to unwrap them. My QinPrinting sales rep is Jane Lee. She even provided some videos and photos that I could use to promote the book on my website and social media. I highly recommend this company for picture book printing!

This is the exact message I sent as a thank you, we printed 1500 hardbound books with soft touch laminate and a red foil feather. We also printed on the end pages. This was our first book and we are already planning our next printing:

Susan!!!! These books are SOOOOOOO beautiful! I don't think we could have dreamed how joyful it would be to open the box and find such care for and beautifully printed books. This was a special day -- we hope to have many more like it.

Thank you for fielding so many questions. Your patience with us (well, me) was so kind. You and your team have gone above and beyond for us.

Gratefully,
MAC

Working with the Qin Printing team has been a fantastic experience!
Their product quality, attention to detail, and clear communication have exceeded my expectations at every step. I truly appreciate their dedication and care, and I’m looking forward to collaborating with them on many more projects to come.

The customer support is exceptional; whenever I had a question, I'd get a response on the same day or the next day. When I asked for a couple of copies of my order to be shipped ahead of the rest for a potential client to see, and Qin Printing was happy to oblige.
I'm also impressed with the quality of their prints!

Responsive & professional communication, and cost effective manufacturing! Qin Printing is the gold standard for every book printing company should be. Nelson's team are experts in their field and can even provide recommendations to editing the book formats.

Excellent service and product. Highly recommend this company for your printing needs. So patient and professional.

The entire process—from start to finish—was reliable, efficient, and agile. The representative I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and patient, with this first time publisher!
I am absolutely delighted with how the book has turned out. The quality is outstanding, and the books arrived beautifully packed and in perfect condition.

The Qin Printing website, is exceptionally comprehensive and clear. It made understanding the process much easier.

The Qin Printing team live up to your their slogan, “Passion in Every Page.”

The process of printing my book with Qin Printing was an absolute pleasure and truly easier than I could have imagined. Jane Lee assisted me every step of the way, and answered all of my questions in a timely and accurate manner. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

I used QinPrinting to print my hardcover children’s picture books and have been so impressed every step of the day. Jane and the team at QinPrinting were amazing - from communication to quality and everything in between, I couldn’t fault them. If I was to reprint my picture books, I’d definitely use QinPrinting again, and I’d recommend them to everyone!

My experience with Qin printing was remarkable and wonderful. As new author, in this world of publishing Miss Jane was my lifeline to the success of completing the final steps in making my book a reality and my dream come true of publishing my first coffee table book of my photographs. I am so impressed with her knowledge, patience, understanding and helpfully holding my hand in the navigation of all the steps involved with the production. Communication was amazing, helpful and in terms I could understand. When I had questions about anything at all, she was always willing to help with an answer. She reassured me every step of the way from the first email contact to the very final moment when my books were delivered to my front door and every email, question, thought, etc in between. The printing is beautiful and the book is amazing, as well as great quality of product, colors, paper, front and back cover are just as I imagined, designed and worked for to create this book. I am grateful for everything that Qin printing has contributed to the completion of this project. I cannot thank you enough!

5 stars isn’t enough. Nelson was extraordinary responsive and helpful, and held my hand through my first time printing a book by thoughtfully answering all my questions. I was worried there would be a language barrier but he speaks perfect English so I never worried about miscommunication. The print quality is great and price point is excellent. Will be ordering with Qin again.

We produced a memory game at Qinprinting.
Susan Han and Carol Li did amazing job to answer all our questions, patiently walk with us along with the project step by step, had a great communication, came up with great solutions and showed a high level of professionalism. The product is of amazing quality, and there were no unexpected delays on any level. We are planning to print our next game with them.

I am thrilled beyond belief with the quality, professionalism and communication from QIN printing. I hope we have a long, happy business relationship.

I LOVED working with QinPrinting! I bought over 300 zine books for a zine project and throughout the entire process, they were incredibly professional, helpful, kind, communicative, and understanding. I worked with Sharing Shan and they were always quick with their replies and absolutely willing to help out with any questions I had the entire process along the way. The books arrived in WONDERFUL quality with only a few bent/damaged (which is par for the course for any large shipment of books so we expected it as we would for any other printer!). Truly, though, quality is gorgeous! I truly recommend working with them because I'll be working with them again if I have the opportunity to 🥰🥰💚💚

From the first message in which I enquired all the way to delivery of my product, service was amazing and price can’t be beaten. I highly recommend using Qin printing and I will be using them again myself.

I’ve had an excellent experience with QinPrinting. Their high-quality printing met all my expectations, and their clear communication at every step helped ensure the best results. I’ve already published two graphic novels with them and plan to publish four more. Their prices are very affordable considering the quality they provide. Just keep in mind that shipping fees are separate from the printing cost. Thank you, QinPrinting!

Jane from QinPrinting was extremely helpful from start to finish of this print job, even helping with some colour correction issues. The books arrived quickly and more safely and securely packed than from any printer I've ever used and the quality of the books with incredible. I'm very happy with QinPrinting and look forward to using them again in the near future.
