Great small gym .. nice and quiet for anyone conscious of a busy environment or feeling nervous ! Staff are approachable and not over bearing, really enjoying my time here !

We are a small independent social enterprise based in North Tyneside. We operate the Qfit Gym which also offers personal training, supported gym sessions and group exercise classes. We work with residents and the wider community offering events & activities for all ages and abilities.

Fantastic little gym
I have been a member of Qfit Gym for a number of years now. I attend twice a week for the Boxercise and Tai Chi classes, both of which I find hugely beneficial for my Parkinson’s Disease. The Boxercise class is aimed at people with various health conditions which is helping with my coordination, balance and strength. The gym is always clean and tidy and the staff are extremely helpful. There is such a nice friendly atmosphere I find it excellent value for money.

Class for the reluctant
It has taken a bit of persuasion to get me to go to a Qfit class for somewhat older ladies. I have Multiple sclerosis and my balance is not good, so glad I went, really friendly ladies and the trainer was fine about my needing a chair for some activities. Highly recommend.

Keeping fit
This gym is conveniently located and prices are reasonable. Car parking is good. I enjoy my Pilates class and the teacher turns up on time. If the class is to be cancelled I receive an email in good time ( not something that happens everywhere). The people are all friendly both staff and clients and there’s a lovely atmosphere. It also has some of the cleanest toilets I’ve ever seen.

Excellent well equipped gym
Excellent well equipped, but most of all friendly gym. Good local community gym and exercise classes, well run and always friendly faces staff and clients alike. We enjoy our sessions there.

Fantastic local gym
Fantastic local gym always made to feel welcome and staff available to help. Classes are good and any level of fitness is catered for I would totally recommend this gym.

Great Boxfit class
Great Boxfit class! Very friendly and helpful instructor, always made to feel welcome amongst the rest of the class! Would definitely reccomend!!

Great little Gym
Smashing little Gym, great helpful staff with loads of patience in a clean and tidy environment. Equipment can be used by the disabled too, and classes are on offer as well.
