Responsive and professional
I reported a leak issue and they replied to me on the same day which was fantastic! Pauline has been very friendly and tried to help me to get the suitable times lot. The engineer arrived on time and fixed the issue in a professional manner. Highly recommend their service!

Great service & Very responsive
Qeeper was requested in order to fix electrical issues with regards to the EICR certificate. They were very responsive and booked an appointment for the next working day! The engineer informed us of his planned arrival time, completed the works in a timely manner and cleaned up. Very happy with the service and technical competency.

Helpful and responsive
The plumber was very friendly and helpful. There was a slight issue after he fixed our washing machine but he came back very quickly to fix the issue and it has been working well since.
