awesome host! def would recommend to friends.

Tried to order a server, was blocked by maxmind.. when I made a ticket I got no reply after a week.

Wouldn't recommend if support is important to you.

I've been looking for a new Minecraft server host ever since the one I used prior went under. Not only does Pyro offer an interface that lets you edit every aspect of your server without restriction, it's a very user-friendly experience as well. Their hardware also eliminates a plethora of performance issues entirely; having less to worry about is never a complaint in my books!

The staff are extremely helpful, and went to great lengths to ensure my server migration experience was as smooth as possible. Give Pyro a shot with your next Minecraft server hosting experience! :D

Very good server, but sadly the customer service is a bit slow and not very helpful when it comes to complex things.

within 2 hours (after support hours, when they are NOT obligated to respond to tickets AT ALL btw) they split my 10GB 8vCore game server into two 4GB 4vCore ones, credited me the diffiffrence AND unused time on the 10GB game server.
10/10 host, HIGHLY recommend. I use Pyro for ANYTHING publicly facing, or that is recommended to not be hosted on local hardware in my homelab.

I bought a server from them and had a tough time trying to get things setup via modrinth. I submitted a ticket with them trying to find where to set this up. They then added the button. They offered to set it up for me included in cost however I stated I wanted to do this on my own. When I reached out asking why the setup tool installed the client version I was left alone for 3 and half days. I had to reach back out to them many times to finally get an answer. I had asked if they be willing to give me a refund since I never really used the serviced that was offered. They said that "Your outside of the seven day refund window." When telling them I requested it within the windows they then changed course and it was not that and it was "considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion." Which seemed unprofessional. I do not recommend them in their current state. They need to grow more before they make sense for a server owner.
