My experience with Mel was quite a positive one because I knew she will be of great help as soon as I met her.
She was lovely and easy to talk to and she helped me through the process.
Mel made feel welcome to get a house even though am not from around here and that is quite fair when you are searching for a house

Kingsley was warm and friendly. He was patient with me and called me to give me directions when I was late and couldn't locate the property. He kindly waited by the entrance/ road to help me find him. He was creative in his thoughts, and knowledgeable about the property. He was informative about what was being removed from the property and what was staying. He put me at ease. I didn't feel judged when I said I was concerned about being too close to the busy road for my cat.

Jessica was very helpful on the phone and interested which is better than most estate agents I have come across!

Had a smooth 2 years renting via Pymm & co. Unfortunately our experience was soured after we were given our section 21 notice. Pymm & co didn't communicate our move out date with the landlord which gave us a lot of issues. They never owned up to this mistake and we found them to be quite rude at times.

I was shown round a terrace property in Bonds Street, Norwich on Wednesday and I found Kingsley to be highly professional. He was able to answer all my questions and was very friendly during my visit.He told me that he has experience as a builder and I feel that this is a great asset.I proceeded to make an offer on the same afternoon which was accepted.
