Professional, proactive, reactive, pleasure to deal with. They know what they are doing. Marketing literature and photos are top much better than other agents. They care about their clients. First viewing I had with them on my property, I received an offer. Now sold and in my new home. I wish I had used these guys the first time I was trying to sell my home. Leon is very proactive and personable. 100% recommend these guys above all others as an estate agent

Leon at the Norwich office was fantastic! Kept us fully informed and up to date with any updates in regards to our house purchase, he was always happy to answer any questions and help us get the information we needed. We will definitely use again if we need to!

Appalling letting agents. Not interested in the safety of tenants (electric, gas). Cost me money by being useless at the start of tenancy - telling me there was money on the meter, when there wasn't. Taking ages to send the agreement across then hounding me to sign within 24 hours which I wasn't prepared to do. This meant I couldn't move in properly as I then lost the help I need to move, so lost 2 weeks rent money.

I had the worst experience with them.When you are looking for property they are so polite and cooperative but when you are a tenant the property manager treat you so badly. You call them about issues in the property and instead of fixing they blame you and later deduct it from your security deposit. Most of their properties are more then 100 years old so make sure you take photos on moving in and moving out to protect your deposit otherwise they will keep all of it.

Mel managed the tenant-find process for our property and was very helpful and cheery throughout! I've dealt with many of the team at the Ber Street branch and they've all been very efficient and professional. I definitely recommend Pymm and Co
