Really enjoyed the puzzle we played. Contacted customer services due to small issue and can say they gave what I would consider some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Really quick as well

Arrived promptly. This was a really great puzzle which was just the right level to keep us all entertained for over an hour. The best yet from this company.

We did Deceit and were quite disappointed. The puzzles aren’t connected at all which seemed weird. A couple of the puzzles were a huge stretch as well - one of them we used all the clues & got the answer, but the puzzle still didn’t make sense.

After a few puzzles it felt like we were just doing it for the sake of finishing it

Well made resources. The 'puzzles' to solve were each different enough and kept our attention well. Had to use a clue or two, and found these perfectly scaffolded to help, but not make it obvious straight away.

Their only digital game was meant to be instantly playable and my friend and i had limited time to do it together, but after purchase the automated email which was supposed to give us a unique code was empty and no code was given. Checked FAQs and no code was listed for the game, desperately tried to contact them on all media platforms on a saturday evening (unhelpful timing) and eventually got a code from someone, no apology.

Actual game was pretty boring, not exciting at all, nor were we invested in the story. The bot script was condescending but really not in a funny way which is what they were going for.

Their hardcopy games are far better, good quality and I think they should either stick to those or they have a long way to go to up the standard of their digital game. Would not recommend. Personally 1 star for the digital game but 3/4 stars for other games.

Really enjoyed The Deceit! A few clues were a bit wobbly (the map one) and the voice at the end was the same. But it was great fun. Loved the two copies of stuff so everyone could look and see what was happening, some of the clues were really clever (the label and the script). Definitely recommend and will be buying again.

My delivery was mislaid by Royal Mail. Once the team at puzzle post found this out, they were extremely helpful to resolve the situation. Excellent service!

This was brought for a birthday present so don’t actually know how it is until another week. However the delivery was very fast and efficient. I think the chocolate was gladly appreciated which has already been tried. Instructions were not to open puzzle until their actual birthday.

Genuinely original and quality products, backed with super service. Lovely and helpful people to deal with if you need to contact them. Would recommend the company and their games to anyone.

Useless website - clicked the button to ask them to lengthen storage for a message, and it just sends you round and round a chatbot loop that didn't give that at an option, and never let you contact a real person at any stage. Hope anyone buying from these guys never needs any real help!

Good value, great fun and really engaging. Great quality materials and clearly so much thought has gone into the game. Passed a very happy hour figuring out the puzzle!

Played this with friends at our latest dinner party. We found it hard to decide which clue to use first and therefore, which numbered vault we should post in. Consequently, we went to the clues and followed those, posting in the same sequence. In the end we did not get all the all the check marks in the vault correct, even though we checked the answers from each clue hint, entering them sequentially. We were unable to get out of the vault and could not have the satisfaction of an answer to the Sabotage puzzle. It would have helped to have the clues labelled with numbers or to have the vault posts labelled with the names of each clue. Did we have fun despite this frustration? Yes we did, and we stuck with it for over an hour. However, I would not buy another puzzle because we were frustrated with entering our solution to the clue. Also, we felt we could only work with the clue hints provided online if we were going to be able to enter the data in the right location. We would have preferred not using the clues.

Great fun for all ages. Team work. Easy to follow and help along the way if needed. So interactive, both with paper & on-line. Have bought more and we cant wait until they arrive.

Shame, was such a nice idea. Sadly Sabotage has no information on which puzzles to complete in which order and nothing to guide you. Even after the clues and answers given we are still none the wiser. From 5 fairly intelligent confused adults…avoid this one - don’t waste your money
