I ordered the product in Dec and received it. On Feb 2 they sent a refill package. WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. Returned it per their instructions - pd for the postage & then emailed them a copy of ship form. They never sent the refund. Mar 2, another pkg arrived. Emailed again that I don't want it - no reply. Today I contacted my bank and told them to block Purr Smile - also filed a fraud report. Poor customer service!

Everything,from the price and the free gifts. Almost immediately I had to reach out to the support team, I had a few questions, I'm happy to say that I got an immediate response saying that they would look into my questions. A few hours later I got the answers to my questions. Then I was reading about a subscription clause, I went back to my original order and I saw the +subscription,that was totally on me for not taking my time to really read what I'm clicking on and agreeing to. I reached out again to support with my concerns and I am happy to say that they got back to me within 24 hours and they cancelled the subscription that I unknowingly signed up for. I will definitely take my time to read what I am buying. I would like to thank the Puur support team for handling my issues swiftly.

The toothbrush flosser is ok. I paid $89.00 for it on 1-11-2029.
Then on 2-9–26 . I saw where I was charged for another one my cardfir $94.56 and I Did Not Order this .Then I received a little green box in the mail with all the attachments around the middle of February.. I didn’t order any of it ! The charge is still on my card and Goldman Sacs Bank needs qualified help. I will take this to theBBB if this charge is still on my acct.

This company owes me $169.92. I placed an order with this company January 2026. Come February 2026 I received an email about another order from this company about a subscription that I unknowingly signed up for just for ordering from them once. This is the scam. You automatically get a subscription when you order from them one time. So I get the email about a $169.92 charge/order. I respond saying cancel the order and the subscription. I called no ring just an automated voice saying leave a message. I never got a return phone call. I continue emailing about the order I never placed and want to cancel the order. Finally someone emails me with instructions on how to avoid restocking fees. The package arrives February 18,2026. I return the package February 19,2026. Here it is March 12,2026 and no responds to my emails no return phone call and no refund. SCAM!!! SCAMMERS!! Scamming off of hard working taxpayers!!! Give me my money back!!!! I am not poor nor hurting for money. Right is right. They should have just cancelled my order when I first contacted them about this fraudulent order.

Unknowingly you are automatically subscribing. Have attempted to unsubscribe each month and then end up with another delivery. The most frustrating organisation to deal with. Now I have a number of unwanted products which I intend to return. Far out my frustration levels were off the rictor scale.

Bad experience with product, told me I have 90 day return policy, now I'm being told only 30 day. I told the NO Subscription orders I travel, now they sent me and order automatically. I am the one told to worry about denying the order and I'm now elsewhere. Company not customer focused and does false advertisement.

I would not even give this company a one star if I didn't have to. The Bots take over when you have issues with the product. When you think a human is talking to you, they are just as reliable as the Bots. I returned my product as it did not work correctly. They keep sending add ons and charge your card, The phone just rings, no one answers messages. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!

The flosser works fine
The flosser works fine. I only use the lowest setting and can’t imagine using the highest one. My only complaint is about getting automatically signed up for a subscription to replace extra supplies every 30 days at $60 + tax. Why would I need to replace the attachment heads every 30 days?? I don’t even use them all.
I did contact customer service and was able to return the automatic shipment at no cost to me and I received my refund quickly. I will also say that Sheena at customer service was very helpful and easy to communicate with through that process.

I bought my water flosser in late 2024
I bought my water flosser in late 2024, and it was always difficult to get recharged. As a result, I estimate I used it at most 500 times after I bought it. And, now, it is completely impossible to recharge the device. The USB port on the device is completely blown now.
I contacted the company about the problem, and I received a polite "f*** **f" from some woman working for the company. The company offers no repair option for these kinds of issues.
I own an old Waterpik that has lasted for nearly 20 years, and it still works.
I'm fed up with being forced to figure out how to recycle electronics that stop working, and I am especially fed up with companies that produce electronics that do not last, and who do not make provisions for repairs and recycling. So, I don't recommend that anyone buy anything from Puursmile.
If the woman who responded to my query about getting my device fixed had at least offered me some recycling option (the thing holds a lithium battery), I would be a little less angry with the company, but she did nothing but leave me high and dry.

Great Customer Service, no BS
I'm genuinely impressed with Puursmile. When the charging pin on my water flosser broke, I contacted them and they quickly asked for pictures to confirm the issue. As soon as they received them, they sent me an entirely new device. It's rare to see customer service this responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend!

We bought this to clean under a mounted dentures
We bought this to clean under a mounted upper set of dentures, and it works great for that, and I gave it a try, and I really like the way it makes my gums and entire mouth feel. when I get done with the Puur Smile my mouth truly feels clean. We recently got a crack in the reservoir and the customer service was fast to reply and take care of the issue. Great product, and great customer service. will definitely recommend.

My one-year old flosser would not hold…
My one-year old flosser would not hold a charge . I contacted the company and they responded immediately. They requested a video and photo of the flosser so they could see the problem. Everything was resolved in a reasonable amount of time and I am now getting a replacement at no cost. The flosser works very well and the additional heads are a bonus. I have an upper bridge and use the flosser twice daily. My hygienist is always pleased with the results. The different speeds on the flosser make it easy to adjust water pressure. I highly recommend the Puursmile Flosser.

Return and refund
I too found the water flosser too heavy and bulky to maneuver. I agree that the on/off and pressure controls are too close together.
I contacted support for a return and refund. They said they would get back to me. I was advised by email that they would "look into" the situation, but I am afraid of missing the deadline for return and refund. I am not able to send a picture of the product. I also received a second mailing that included the same product.
I asked customer service for return and refund information and have yet to hear back.

Product isn't worth it and customer service is terrible
After forgetting to cancel my subscription I received an email informing me that replacement heads and other products were being renewed and were being processed. I immediately responded to cancel the delivery, but did not get a response. The next email was to inform me that the products were out for delivery. After receiving the delivery I emailed Puursmile to ask for a return address and explained what had happened. The next email I received was to ask why I needed to return their product, which I again explained, and that was nearly a week ago. I emailed them back and asked if their tactic was to use up the 30 days that I had from receiving their product to be able to return them, minus a 10% restocking and mailing charge.
Besides the terrible customer service I did not find their product to be as advertised, and that is why I donated it soon after trying it out.
