My experience with Puursmile’s attention to my problem was handled by customer service in a professional and timely manner. When I contacted them about my issue, the department immediately reached out to me and offered to replace my unit with a new one. I received a new flosser and am delighted with the courtesy and sincere attention to me that was given by Customer Service. Thank you many times over. Julie Narney

I was very upset with this company for putting me on auto subscription for supplies I didn’t want. I contacted the company and received 3 emails back.
1.) They cancelled my subscription.
2.) They immediately refunded me the subscription.
3.) They helped me trust them again

When I received the flosser it was a lot better than the competitors. I had difficulty with pressing the on button. Sometimes I had to press it two times and then several times. I contacted Puursmile and received an immediate response from Marie. They are sending me a replacement. Very happy with the service I received.

Do not give your credit card number. They will continue charge you month after month.
I was not aware that I was on a reoccurring shipment program. I purchased this oral hygiene, pure smile product in November. The last shipment I received after that was in January 2026, which is when I contacted this company and told them to cancel my subscription. For four months, I received nothing, then in May out of the clear blue. I received another shipment. I contacted pure smile leaving a voicemail. They only have two employees. How could that get lost? I left my phone number. My E-mail Address the recording even says they will get back to you no one got back to me, but my message was very clear. Cancel my subscription. Lo and behold. . Cancel my subscription. Lo and behold I’ve received another order. And another charge to my credit card. This company seems to be hiding something because one address has them listed in Aventura, Florida. The other one has it listed in SW Miami, Florida with Another address listing them in Hollywood Florida. My suggestion is do not buy anything from this scamming company.

I was so pleased with my inquiry about my PUUR water flosser with Marie and even the intake. It took a couple of back and forth and as I was ready to return the model for non-functioning internal battery…”dontcha know” it started working again!! Woohoo!! My oral hygiene is important and I was lost without it having to resume my flossing regimen; ugh! If the issue arises again, Marie said just make contact. I must say, I’ve been dealing with another company since June 20, 2026 just to make a return and get the correct address. I believe some Ai functions are insufficiently programmed to handle unusual requests. I sent my first email on 6/29/26 and all was resolved by 7/1/2026.

I use my device faithfully and love it. However, 8 months later it malfunctioned. Customer service was quick to respond to my issues and they sent me a new device.

Don’t waste your money!
Don’t waste your money! First, the vessel isn’t large enough and doesn’t last long enough for a thorough cleaning. Second, although you did NOT sign up for auto-subscription, you will get charged anyway. It will take FOUR WEEKS for a refund, plus constant hounding for them to actually cancel the subscription you didn’t sign up for in the first place!!! (Would add proof, but you can’t add images here.) Often times, technology is an improvement— this is not one of them.

Epic confidence and cleanliness
The product is amazing. Anyone who brushes or even those who do regularly floss will see a shocking difference when using the Puursmile. It makes you feel clean and confident, too. Customer service is spot on, too. I stretched out my attachments refills, and customer service took great care to facilitate what worked for me.

The company stood behind their product and sent me a replacement when the product stopped charging after about 7 months. I love this product and really missed it and am looking forward to getting my replacement. Customer service was excellent-friendly and kept in touch we sent emails and pictures back and forth.

Do not buy from this company. They sentr intial product and now are sending follow up products I did not order but they are billing for. Sent 2 inquiries and they do not even bother to reply. They tout great customer service and to contact them if any issue but they have ignored us!!!
