I bought this Puur product
I bought this Puur product and received it on February 21. I wasn't happy with it and requested a refund. I was well within the return period. It took forever to get them to email me the label for the return. In the meantime while I'm waiting for the mailing label, I received another package from them that I did not order and they charged me for it. I've been fighting with these people to get a second refund that I'm owed. It's been almost two months and they still owe me a refund. FO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAMMED ME AND WON'T CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE.

I would give a zero star if i could
I put my original order in January of 2026, was charged automatically for a subscription for replacement parts in February that I did not sign up for and have still not received the original order and it is now May. I keep getting the runaround to get my refund and when I email bots keep answering and I still don't have my refund. I am still getting emails to purchase replacement parts. Dont waste your time and money. The five star reviews are most likely bots to keep the ratings high.
Post review I said I would write a review accordingly when Puursmile finally got back to me. After a 4 month wait they have finally refunded my money for both the original order and replacement pieces. To be honest I am still very upset that it took this long to actually speak with a person and it took writing the original review to get a response from a person and to get my money refunded. They are trying but need to be better.

Absolutely awful!
Absolutely awful!! I received a lemon out of the box!! The unit wouldn’t hold a charge. The company wanted to send me a replacement, but I would have to pay to ship the bad one back. ??? Would you want a replacement and pay shipping yourself for another POS! So PUUR Smile said they would refund me, that was on May 6th, it’s now May 16th and no refund! Crappy customer service from China!!

The customer support rep was very helpful after I contacted them regarding a refund. I didn't realize that the subscription would renew that quickly and did not need the upcoming order. Although I could not get a full refund, I received a partial one. The product is a good one.

NO Charging cables
I like the water flosser but after 3 months it died. It never came with a charger. I bought three for my family. NONE came with chargers. When I emailed them they got back to me right away, requesting that I send a picture of the portal so they could send me chargers. They emailed me they were shipped and keep a lookout for them.
That was 14 days ago. still no chargers. I'm very disappointed and will need to spend another $300 for brand new water flossers.

Puur Smile is an absolute SCAM
I bought the product...it arrived as stated. then one month later I was emailed "your Puur Smile " order is on its way. I thought it was a mistake. then I received a wooden toothbrush & a tiny bottle of concentrated mouthwash. i wrote to PuurSmile and asked pls dont do this again (at a monthly cost of cad $45. they informed me I was automatically subscribed monthly when I bought the product. yet I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO ANYTHING. I contacted my credit card company to block such payments. I decided to ensure this con stopped. I informed my credit card company I had lost my card and needed a new one.They sent me new card. Then Puur Smile billed me again using the NEW credit card number.
So I contacted HOME TRUST and was informed that if I had signed up to a subscription, they ( HOME TRUST) honor that subscription.regardless if I change to a new credit card number with them.
So I stated " so you dont protect your card holders who have been with you 20 years, but you will respect a devious company creating FALSE subscriptions" .
Their answer on phone...no reply.
So I asked the rep " are you telling me that if i continue to use your card...I will be charged almost CAD $ 50/month for the REST OF MY LIFE"? For a subscription I NEVER signed up for"?
I informed them(HOME TRUST) you leave me no choice but to harm my amazing credit score by cancelling your card , my OLDEST credit card.
their reply.
"So are you saying you wish to cancel your card"?
My reply "ABSOLUTELY".
Puur Smile should be dragged into court for what they do...and HOME TRUST for helping them scam us...the public

After using the flosser for a few days I decided it was just not for me. I thought I was going to have a hard time returning it but I was given an option that worked for me. The customer service was over and above my expectations. Sorry it didn’t work for me.

Great product and customer service
I ordered from Puur because I like the style of the product in comparison to my waterpick. I receive my products quickly. One day ofter I received it I had an issue with one of the heads for the device. I reached out to Puur and explained my issue. Their customer service replied promptly. Asked me to send them video/pictures of the damaged item and my address to verify shipping. Upon doing so, they promptly shipped out a replacement product for me. Their support person/team was friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this product and haven't had better customer service in a long time. I'm very satisfied with my decision to purchase from them.

Wonderful customer service. I noticed a situation with my order, immediately sent an email and was answered within minutes. Within a few minutes they had the situation taken care. These days, having great customer service is a rarity but not with Purrsmile. I truly appreciate perfect service.

Excellent Product and Customer Service
Saw PuurSmile online during the holidays, right when I was considering a WaterPik-type device at the advice of my dental professional. With the holiday deal, I was able to purchase 2 units so my husband could also benefit. We are very happy with the PuurSmile device, use it daily except when on short trips (although it comes with a travel case, it is bulky and somewhat fragile and hasn't packed well for us). My periodontal hygienist has already commented on better gum health since I've been using it! On the fragility issue, the reservoir on my unit developed a couple of cracks within 5 months of use with no drops nor travel, and Customer Service was excellent in dealing with sending me a replacement reservoir in April 2026. Also, when I first ordered back in November 2025, I didn't realize there was an automatic subscription and Customer Service was very helpful then too in canceleing the subscription aspect. I would not hesitate in recommending the PuurSmile flosser, and commend Customer Service for its kind assistance.
