I received my bag and it is damaged

I received my bag and it is damaged.
It has a line across the bottom were it was folded I’ve tried to get a response from the company, because you only have 7 days from delivery to complain. I go on the chat and it states they are sending a link to verify the email. When I click on the link a message comes up that the link expired. I finally sent an email and got a response. I was asked to send pictures, so I did. They responded with an email with a picture of the purse when it was sent. It clearly shows the folds on the purse same as what I sent them. I think I am out of luck and out of my money stuck with a damaged 450 dollar bag.

Bag did not meet my expectations

Pay attention to descriptions

The customer service is top notch and the product quality is excellent. However, pay attention to the descriptions of the bags because I ordered the Celine nano luggage and I didn’t pay attention to the actual size details?? Needless to say I have always wanted this bag but couldn’t ever afford it and now what I bought sits in my bedroom still in its original box because my wallet will not even fit inside the bag!! I learned a valuable lesson, expensive lesson for me.

Defective Bag. Terrible experience

Terrible. I ordered a 35 and they contacted me and said they only had a 30 even though I paid for a 35. There was a delay and bag is DEFECTIVE. I want to return the bag and I want a 100% refund

I LOVE PurseAura

I LOVE PurseAura! I’m not ashamed to say I’ve placed more than 10 orders and every one has arrived beautifully!!

The only issue you might run into is shipping. Depending on where you live, the shipping does take a decent amount of time. However, they’re very transparent about that.

Using PurseAura customer service has been wonderful. I wanted to find out where some of my packages were, and they helped me through that entirely, and were extremely professional about it.

I’m very particular about what I like design and quality-wise, and this is by far the best company I’ve come across. They really go the extra mile to help you as a customer, and are polite, and the prices and not expensive at all for what you’re actually getting!

They almost always have sales all the time too. These bags are beautiful! Absolutely a “YES” every time for me!

Only ordered..customer service

I have finally been able to order the bag I have been wanting for a very long time thanks to PurseAura. I just ordered my bag so I haven’t actually received my bag yet. I just want to let people know that their customer service is impeccable. They have answered and replied to all of my questions via email and now I am just waiting to see that it’s been shipped. Once I receive the bag I will give another review, but yeah could not ask for better customer service and support. My order #50665. I was so disappointed when I received…

I was so disappointed when I received my purse. It’s so small it looks like a purse for a 10 year old. I thought it would be medium size. It did take me about 3 months to get it. I was so excited to open. Then I was so disappointed when I opened the box. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Je tiens à partager ma grande déception concernant ce sac. Dès la première utilisation, la mauvaise qualité des finitions saute aux yeux. Les poignées sont particulièrement problématiques : rigides, mal conçues, elles se plient de façon inesthétique et sont très inconfortables à porter à la main comme à l’épaule. Cela donne immédiatement une impression de produit bas de gamme, ce qui est totalement indigne d’une pièce censée représenter une maison de luxe.

En observant de plus près, on constate également un manque évident de soin dans l’assemblage et les coutures. L’ensemble manque de fluidité, de souplesse et d’élégance. Le design pourrait être agréable, mais il est totalement gâché par la médiocrité de l’exécution.

Face à ces défauts, j’ai demandé un retour en expliquant précisément les problèmes constatés. Ma demande a pourtant été refusée au motif qu’elle ne serait pas fondée. C’est une double déception : non seulement le produit ne correspond pas aux standards de qualité attendus, mais en plus le service après-vente refuse toute remise en question.

Je considère que c’est un achat regrettable, que je déconseille fortement. La qualité est loin de justifier le prix, et le manque de considération pour le client renforce encore le sentiment d’avoir été lésée.

It’s been an absolutely horrible…

It’s been an absolutely horrible experience. All other companies want their customers happy. When I got the purse I realized it was the wrong bag. When I asked immediately ( meaning I contacted them within 24hrs of arrival) to simply return it on my dime & exchange for another on their site, I was treated badly and told no exchanges, so don’t even think about a refund from these people. Repeatedly I reached out pleading, as this was expensive & all I wanted was to trade for another bag. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THIS SELFISH AGAIN. 😢

The handbag you received was exactly as shown on our website, including the brown edging detail, which was clearly displayed in the product images. Unfortunately, you requested the item with red edging, which was not the version featured or offered at the time of purchase.

When an order is placed, it also means the customer has agreed to our store policies regarding product details and specifications. Even so, in the spirit of goodwill, we proposed a solution by offering you a 20% refund along with a 20% discount coupon for your next order - an effort to make up for your dissatisfaction. Sadly, this was not acceptable to you.

At PurseAura, we always strive to deliver the best shopping experience and high-quality products to our valued customers, and we regret that in this case we were not able to meet your expectations.

Just so consumers are aware, I did email PurseAura AGAIN, like they requested in response to my poor review and I got another "undeliverable" email response. So, they have my money and I have no purse. We are now going on almost 2 months since they charged my cc for merchandise I have not received. BE VERY CAUTIOUS of this website.
