Great support from the team for a house sale with tenants in situ. Answered queries in a timely manner and acted as a great middle man between myself and the buyer. Was supportive for my points to the buyer, and provided great service through to completion

Chris was fantastic through the acquisition process. Nothing was too much trouble and he acted by return and always professionally.

Sales team is always willing to help especially Sarah, from the beginning until after sale, she responded quick have things sorted out fast. Although I’m still waiting for Xenia’s reply but Sarah definitely would be the first person to contact with if I plan to purchase another buy-to-let in the future. Overall I had a very good experience with Pure.

We purchased an off plan development in Manchester from Chris at Pure Investor circa 2017. It completed on time and was always 100% rented out. Again this was rented through their own lettings team, i only had a few weeks vacant where new tenants were moving in or out. We have enjoyed a really good steady income which has supplemented our pension very nicely. I also contacted the resales team at Pure in the last few months as we needed to sell the property as we had an overall use for the funds tied up in this property at year 5. We have now successfully concluded the sale through Matt and managed to make around £60,000 in capital appreciation ! As well as fully letting the property from day 1 it has been brilliant ! Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially financially but also the service levels from Chris, Matt, Adam, Sarah and Mark have been exceptional. Well done all a very happy customer.

I have been looking for investment opportunities in the UK's student accommodations market.
As Pure Investor offered some of the best possible deals, I enquired about one of those. I have been immediately contacted by Chris, who is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.
Right from the start and all along the enquiry process, communications have always been excellent, with Chris responding without delay to all my messages and calls.
It is especially worth pointing out that as a foreigner -- who is not familiar with the UK real estate market in general and the student accommodation segment in particular -- each of Chris' advices has turned out to be highly valuable.
Although my budget was relatively limited, I still had the feeling I was treated as a preferred customer.
One more important aspect: The supply side of the student accommodation market is quite tight, especially for the low-budget investment segment; nevertheless, Chris was able to find excellent deals, sometimes informing me minutes after getting them.
What really astonished me was Chris' willingness to assist me with questions I had about matters that were not directly related to the property offered by Pure Investor - always giving impartial, balanced and detailed replies.
A truly personal, attentive and professional service of the highest standard. Keep it up!

Professional service. Although the first buyer was making me so frustrated and unhappy, nevertheless, Pure investment was able to find another buyer for my student unit very quickly. My unit sold out just under 3 months.

Huge thank you to Chris, Adam and the team who made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been! Thoroughly recommend.

Shocking from start to finish. Zero communication from them despite frequent attempts to contact them. They eventually listed my property on the market for me, but I only found out when I happened upon the listing online - no one at the company had told me it was live. Couldn’t get any updates, again despite many efforts on my part. Then I took my property elsewhere, only to discover they’d put it on the market at far too high a price and listed it as a cash only purchase. No wonder it sat on the market for around 6 months without a single person enquiring about it. What a waste of my time. Incredibly disappointed with this company, and definitely wouldn’t recommend them. They’ve still got my property listed because although I’ve sent numerous messages to have them remove it, guess what? They’ve not responded. Awful service!!
EDIT: Since Trust Pilot doesn’t give an option to reply to a reply, I’ve edited my original review to include more detail after reading Pure Investor’s response:
Regarding his first point that he believes he has communicated openly and honestly - I do not believe this is true from my perspective.
He mentioned that there was a delayed response to an email dated 14th June, due to annual leave. Yes, there was, but when I replied to this delayed response with open ended questions, he never got back to me.
He also said I haven’t provided copies of emails that were mentioned during our phone call last week. Well, firstly, the phone call only took place on Friday, it’s now Sunday, so there hasn’t been a lot of time to dig through and find the emails in question. Secondly, why should I? I sent the emails, I know they’ve been received, I don’t feel it necessary to spoon feed information to a company who’ve already received them.
He also stated that they would quickly have actioned emails asking to withdraw the property from the market. Why do you only “quickly action” emails that suggest losing a sale? If you’d have “quickly actioned” my previous attempts at contact, we wouldn’t be here now.
Furthermore, I sent him an email last Tuesday that I’ve yet to receive a response. When I asked about this on the phone, the curt answer was “I’VE BEEN BUSY!”. Wow, what a great way to make a client feel valued. You could’ve at least had the decency to acknowledge it with something like “we’ve received it and will reply in due course”.
There has been no mention of all the calls and messages I’ve left over the last few months, which have gone unanswered.
When he rang me on Friday, I missed the call. No voicemail was left, so I had no idea who’d called me. He rang again later, this time I answered. Why didn’t you leave a voicemail? That’s lack of communication again.
During our 20min call, he called me “Sarah” 5, possibly 6 times. My name is not Sarah, and I corrected him at least 3 times to tell him my name was Debra. Who gets a client name so many times in such quick succession?!
Within the first couple of minutes of the call, I was threatened with LEGAL ACTION regarding this review!!
He was aggressive in his approach on the phone and I found it very intimidating. He never once apologised for the lack of communication, never asked how I was feeling, why I felt the need to leave such a dreadful review, or if there was anything they could do to improve upon the matter. Instead, whenever I tried to speak, he spoke over me, continuing to call me Sarah.
He just kept saying he wanted to find an “amicable solution”. I didn’t get chance to ask what that might involve but I assume it would be to remove my review.
He told me that this poor review could be “severely damaging”, that they “may lose a sale worth £3000 because of it”. But again, if you’d have treated me appropriately, you’d have had the money from my sale and wouldn’t be at risk of losing other sales.
When he mentioned these words, I told him that his tardiness in dealing with my property had also been “severely damaging” because I’ve lost out on purchasing my dream home due to lack of funds from the sale of this property. No apology was made for that either. In all my email communications, I had stressed the urgency in which I needed to sell and that I needed the capital as soon as possible. It apparently fell on deaf ears.
I had sent an email (in response to the delayed 14th June email) asking if there was anything we could do to generate more interest on the property, if there was extra marketing we could perhaps try etc. No response to that.
However, that would have been a prime time to tell me that it was unlikely to sell at the original price, that trying a lower asking price may generate more interest. They didn’t.
I have a lot more to say but apparently I can only type 4000 characters and have reached the limit now, frustratingly.
Regardless of what they may reply, just stay away from this company! They’re not worth it at all!

A fabulous company who have acted with nothing but professionalism throughout what was an unfortunately long process (through no fault of their own). Adam and Chris kept us informed during the whole process but didn't pester us. We were treated as valued customers. A pleasure to work with and would highly recommend Pure Investor

This company now appear to trade under the names "Portfolio8" and "Pure Investor".

Indlu were responsible for the management of a rental property rented through them between March 2021 and May 2022.

Indlu seem to operate from a number of locations in Greater Manchester and London using a number of different addresses and telephone numbers. Throughout the tenancy, Indlu made multiple errors in relation to its management from the outset and beginning before the lease was agreed. This ranged from small errors such as name and address miskeys throughout correspondence, leading to communication being issued to the wrong parties at the wrong time, to serious errors in relation to the special conditions and clauses contained within the tenancy agreement drawn up by Indlu. For example, the property in question had not been registered with the Valuation Office Agency, meaning that it was impossible for the local authority to provide services to the property or for the tenant to pay Council Tax. The same can be said for other essential utilities such as water supply & postal services despite their tenancy agreement stipulating that the tenant be liable for the cost of these. In addition, it is expected that during the tenancy, tenants raise issues in relation to the property via an online portal. However, this is only for a select type of issue, while others are to be communicated via email or phone. Irrespective of the communication method one chooses, the correspondence is not responded to or addressed professionally, or it is derailed as the "wrong" method was used. If, by a wing and a prayer, you do have your call returned; the blame will be placed on one of their 3rd parties, of which they use many and also struggle to manage internally.

Indlu had not been in touch with me since 10 February 2022, so I had no choice but to raise my concerns with The Property Ombudsman. In July 2022, my complaint was fully upheld and Indlu were found to have breached multiple clauses in TPO Code of Practice for Residential Letting Agents. A substantial compensation payment was awarded to me. Once again, Indlu drew the process out for as long as possible and did not provide payment until the last day prior to their membership being in breach. On 31 August 2022, the fiasco concluded.

I can say that Mr Mark saved us and my son to find an accomodation . I have never met such a helpful and kind person . The sympathy and support to help us secure an accomodation is greatly appreciated .

I used another agent for resell my apartment but no news for almost half year. Throughout internet search I found Chris be my new agent. He and Adam were very helpful, they were very effective to list out pictures and video, very quick to help me find a buyer. I was very happy with his service, good communication and always provide useful advice, lastly I sold my apartment around 10,000 higher than other agent’s suggested price.
