Pure Investor just helped me to sell my tenanted HMO. They do have a very good network of investors. I got viewings quite quickly after the HMO was listed and had the sale agreed much quicker than I expected. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with the reviews on here and I thought it fair to add my experiences so people can make informed view. At the beginning we discussed the price for my tenanted property. The property is in Cheshire and I live in Scotland when they did get viewings I was asked if I could do them. Given they are in Manchester I was assuming they would do the viewings, my tenant did most of them. Also after the property had been on awhile they got viewings , then offers 30k under the price. I think they should have been filtered out as time wasters before the viewings. Towards the end the agreed price became your price. They didn't get a sale for me. I know tax and tenants reform bill have made this a tougher market, but still not impressed.

The Pure Investor company is very responsive and professional in their operations.

I wanted to sell my property to an investor who would DEFINITELY keep my long standing tenant in situ!
She is/was an excellent tenant.
I found Pure Investor through my tenant who was desperate to "stay in her lovely home"...
I rang the company immediately and was put through to Mark.
From the outset he was patient, professional and fun to talk to...
After about an hour of conversation with Mark I was convinced I was in the right place...in safe hands!
By the way I was not convinced by any hard sell from Mark...quite the opposite! He just patiently explained how the company worked and what to expect and when to expect it!
I signed up there and then!

Within a few days the property details were out in the marketplace.
Within the next few days Mark called me with news!
They had ALREADY found a suitable investor!
I think Mark was as happy as I was!

The process is proceeding nicely....I have been "introduced" to Viki via Email but, as yet, there has been no need of communication...I do feel very comfortable that, when there is need to communicate it will be handled with care, thought and professionalism!

This company are FIRST CLASS!

Helen was very helpful with our tenancy application, and a lovely on personality on top. It was a pleasure to liaise with her.

From day one when I rang pureinvestor and spoke to Mark I was so impressed with him and he just made me feel so relaxed and he went through with me on how their system works and what they would be doing step by step, once I gave them the green light to sell my apartment within Two weeks they found a Buyer and from then on things were taken over by Viki who looked after me and she was really good. They have got the deal done and I would recommend them to anyone who what to have a quick sale on their property, they have been very helpful and did look after me, I will always go back to them if I am to sell or buy again.

Not a good experience. Wasted my time by hassling me, and then after I took the time to respond, they just went offline. Very rude.
It's fine if it's not your deal, but at least tell me.
It doesn't make me feel like they are very professional.
After having a response from the MD, I feel that I should change my feedback to positive.
That's all it takes sometimes: some correspondence.
