I’m really glad I worked with Pure Investor. Their expertise made what could’ve been an overwhelming experience much smoother. I had a fantastic opportunity working with the team at Pure investment. The team was fantastic, securing me the right property, taking time to understand my requirements as in investor. Chris are team managed the entire relationship and transaction from end to end making life easy for me and hassle free. Chris and team were very professional as well as a very friendly team always available to discuss any of my concerns and also liaising with existing owners and tenants to ensure a smooth transition.

Extraordinary Team
The team at Pure were extraordinarily helpful during this whole process. Chris guided us from offering the apartment to us directly, to securing the offer and having multiple viewings for me and my partner as I was out of town when he came to see it the first time.
And Viki was a godsend in terms of helping us manage communications with the solicitors, ensuring things were always moving along, always there and present to push from both sides, and including some necessary mind peace when thing seemed stuck in solicitors land.
I'd gladly recommend this team to anyone and I'll be coming back to them if I decide to purchase another property in the future.

An absolutely great service
We brought an apartment in Manchester and used Pure Investor to market the property for us. Matt really knows the Manchester market and he is very helpful, friendly and professional.
He also introduced us to a furnishing firm and co ordinated the delivery and installation of the furniture we ordered from them.
Our apartment was let within a week of our apartment going live on the search engines - what a refreshing change to deal with a company that actually delivers what they promise and who keep you fully updated.
I would recommend Pure Investor to anyone who is looking for a professional firm to deal with.
