Horrible quality and customer service!! Sell you terrible products and then expect you to pay to obtain any kind of refund.

What a total nightmare!!! Ordered a tee with a cute pet saying on it. Ordered it in XL so it would be roomy. I am L normally. The tee I got is so teeny tiny it won't got over my chest!! Why aren't they warning buyers that there tee's run super small?? Then I got to return and get a refund and get the cocka-manny story that I have to return it on my dime to their warehouse across the world!!! What a crock!!! They are ripping buyers off and we have no recourse!! Made complaints online but got no where!! THANKS FOR NOTHING SARAH H. Puppy Project is a rip off!! Do not shop with them!!!! They do not care about customer satisfaction---they are fueled by greed! Pick another company to online shop with.

Such bad quality and so expensive. And it took over a month to get here! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Package Marked as Delivered but Left Outside Complex – Stolen, No Support
I’ve been dealing with this company since a few weeks , and the experience has been awful. The international delivery driver left my package outside my apartment complex instead of delivering it inside the mailroom, even though there is a clearly posted notice requiring all drivers to deliver inside. Because they ignored these instructions, the package was stolen.
Their response was simply “we’ve already delivered your package” and to “check the local post office,” even though their own proof of delivery shows it was left in the wrong place. I contacted Yanwen and local office near by with no help or reply. The local office told me it is international number and to contact the company. First of all why would the local office keep track of this? No one is taking responsibility.
This company is completely inept, and their delivery practices are careless. I do not recommend ordering from them unless you’re prepared to lose your package and receive no support.

This company & sweatshirt doesn't deserve a half star. The sweatshirt quality is horrible. The font and lettering on the sweatshirt is even worse. Different font, the sizing on the sweatshirt is 10x the size it should be. It looks so bad, I don't even want to wear it inside my home!!! On top of that, I added an additional $5 donation to a shelter and I'm 100% sure they pocketed that.

Same review as everyone. Took 4 weeks for delivery. The quality is thin and material is polyester. The “cute”lettering on the front is iron on and not the same at all from the picture. I feel scammed for the $30 I paid. Lesson to self- check reviews.

The pictures will lead you to believe you will receive Gildan shirts/sweatshirts. This could not be further from the truth. The item I received was NOTHING like the pictures and terrible quality. Their solution for basically scamming people was to give me a 50% off discount code or pay for shipping to return it to their overseas warehouse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

You never get your product nor an answer to your email.

Received email same day stating item shipped. Took over 3 weeks for item to show up. Customer service responded with it was delayed for “some reason” and could not provide a delivery day. Finally received item and it is awful quality. Material is paper thin, very cheap and odd feeling. Would never purchase from this company again.

Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel!
Anstatt 3-4 Werktage habe ich 2 Wochen gewartet, der Geburtstag, für den ich den Pulli als Geschenk brauchte, war dann schon lange vorbei. Aber Glück im Unglück, denn sowas kann man nicht verschenken! Schreckliche Qualität, Optik ganz anders, als auf den Bildern und die Größe kann auch nicht stimmen.
100% Plastik, statisch aufgeladen bis zum geht nicht mehr. Naja, kann ja mal passieren. PuppyProject Deutschland heißt es schließlich, also wird eine Retoure kein Problem sein. Pustekuchen. Rückversand nach China auf eigene Kosten und erst nach Erhalt der Ware bekommt man sein Geld zurück.
Mails werden einfach ignoriert und es kommt immer die gleiche lahme automatische Mail zurück. Einfach nur furchtbar, von wegen kleines Familienunternehmen aus Deutschland!!!!!!!

Paid $40 for a garbage hoodie. The material is so gross, it feels like the fiberglass insulation in my walls. Took about a month to get here as well. Thought this was a Netherlands company - came from China. Checked out their website closer and noticed their “about us” page is nonsense. It talks about some men’s gym wear. Nothing about helping puppies. Total scam.

The first order didn't even reach me, some mix up with the delivery address. I received a discount to order again which I did. Received a cheap plastic hoodie. Very cheap material. ALSO there was a custom print (a name) on my hoodie which I did not order.
They want me to return at my own cost to refund. They also offer a discount to order again which I will certainly not do ever.

Wish I’d read the reviews, this is Chinese synthetic junk through and through. The writing looks small and lovely but it’s actually huge on the jumpers. Material
Is so synthetic is feels awful and is shiny. Stay away!

Terrible. Long waits & pre-made responses to emails. Not even made in USA, comes from China. Don’t waste your money or be fooled by their website

Cheap quality, colors inaccurate, and sizing is ridiculously off. Advertised as Neverlands-based but actually comes from China.

Niet doen!!! Duurt heel lang eer het komt. Chinese troep! Enge stofjes en lelijke afbeelding. Dropshipping. Ik geloof verhaal dat je puppy’s helpt nu ook niet meer. Ik heb voor veel geld hier cadeautjes gekocht en hoop dat ik geld terug krijg…

Zeer slecht. Had een trui en een tshirt besteld. Twee truien gekregen (dus geen tshirt) die van vreselijke kwaliteit zijn. Synthetische troep. Slechte service want terugsturen kost 15 euro en ze kunnen alleen een korting van 50% op het volgende artikel aanbieden alsof ik ooit nog iets daar wil bestellen. Dus mensen; doe het niet!!

Maten veel te klein. En beide t shirts zelfde maat gekocht maar verscilde beide ook eens van grootte zo jammer. Xl lijkt m .

Oplichters! De kwaliteit is echt slecht en de maten kloppen voor geen meter. Lijkt wel rommel uit een derdewereldland. Wanneer je wil retouren mag je de verzendkosten naar het 'magazijn in het buitenland' van 10 tot 15 euro betalen, of je krijgt korting op een nieuwe bestelling. Belachelijk en mijn tip is om hier nooit wat te bestellen. Denk dat de donatie die ik heb gegeven ook niet voor het goede doel was.
