Really poor delivery service. The item is very poor. Material easy for a puppy to pull apart. Biggest waste of money, ridiculous price for what I EVENTUALLY received.

I ordered a sheep and a cushion and all it keeps saying is we will let you know when it’s despatched. I don’t think it’s coming as no response to my email either!

So disappointed in this company. Last Tuesday I ordered their lamb sleep buddy for my puppy who was arriving Sunday. I thought I’d be lucky to have it in time but happy to survive a night or two without it. Got to Sunday and I emailed to chase, as I’d paid premium (tracked and insured) delivery, and not even had a dispatch note. We are now on Thursday, they reportedly had email issues at the time but said they’d respond to all resent emails with 24 hours, yet here I am over 48 hours down the line, no email, no dispatch note, no lamb.

Zero stars would be preferable. Rip off scam of a company. Firstly I paid in good faith for express delivery which they failed. It took weeks to arrive and then only after I raised a case with PayPal did my order arrive despite numerous attempts to contact them, all of which were ignored. The item is awful and unfit for purpose and even arrived damaged. Of course no returns information and no contact. Avoid as total scammers.

I shall share my experience extensively until I receive a refund

My item stated delivered but wasn't delivered to my address. Message after message to be told to take it up with yodel, £24 spent with no item or refund, this company is a rip off and should be closed down.

The item arrived pretty quickly but is of very poor and cheap quality.

The heartbeat thing doesn't really mimic a heartbeat and also clacks against itself so makes a plastic noise on top of the beat.

Have emailed them for a refund but not holding my breath.

Waited ages for it to arrive..
Was cute but you can't really feel the heart beat in it...
My puppy loved it .. until it all came undone on the seam and she started to eat the filling..
Seeing this was made for puppies , I am horrified..

Still didn't get my duggy heartbeat buddy and no tracking number after 9 days ordering. I am very disappointed with the after-sales service.

The "heart beat buddy" is extremely poor quality. The "heart beat" does not in any way resemble a real dogs heart beat unless a real one sounds like a thumping hollow plastic sound. Of extremely cheap plastic. And you cannot even feel it through the stuffing of the toy. Do NOT waste your money.

It took a bit for the order to arrive but there were no instructions inside regarding the battery so I emailed the company and they were quick to reply. My puppy was 8 weeks old when I picked him up and I put the Puppyyeux in his cage and he snuggled up to it. He never made a noise the first night and he slept straight through to the morning. He still snuggles up to Puppyyeux and he's 16 weeks old.

Ordered a heartbeat toy for my puppy 25th October waited 2 weeks was told out for delivery waited again emailed again was told short staffed eventually got here. Was not needed by the time it arrived as our puppy was settled by then. No invoice in package I have emailed 3 times with no reply. Never order from this company it's a Scam no contact number or Address on website disgusting

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They take your money but do not do anything with your order. It has been 10 days and they haven't even started my order and they do not respond to ANY emails etc.

Ordered product 29th Oct with the website saying dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3-5 days. After complaining a week later that it still hadn’t been dispatched, I got what now seems to be a “standard email” saying that they were short staffed and it was on its way and will be delivered in 2-3 days. The item got dispatched on the 5th Nov (after complaining) and it’s now taken a whole week for it to finally be delivered. So 2 weeks from placing order to delivery and not what they state on their website. Will not be using again or recommending this company.

Please do not order from this company, Ordered Heartbeat buddy 25th October. Got told there was delays with "Evri" after they said allow 1-3 working days. Finally received the item on the 16th November but the quality is so poor. Better options elsewhere so don't waste your time

Ordered lamb buddy on 1st Aug have sent 2 emails with no response and still waiting! They've taken my money but I've received no item ready for my pup. If I'd have known Amazon did the very same I would have ordered from them! Not impressed by this company at all. No idea how I will get a refund as they do not reply to my emails! DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Have been waiting 4 weeks and still have not received the item. I have been told it would be at my address in 2/3 days..... That was 2 weeks ago. I have since asked for a refund and have not received an email back.

I ordered a Lamb heartbeat buddy 18 days ago and it still has not been delivered. They told me after 9 days it would be delivered in 2/3 days but 9 days later it still hadn't arrived. Too late for the arrival of my puppy 6 days ago. Very disappointed with their service and communication. After non arrival I told them to cancel but they eventually emailed back to say it couldn't be cancelled as out for delivery but this was not true as no delivery. Unbelievable!

I ordered several items for my dog but when I received the package, only one of the items I had ordered was included. I naturally panicked and contact customer service, who were very quick to reply and told me that my items had been shipped separately due to a stocking issue. They issued me a 20% refund and my remaining items arrived the next day. Impressed by the customer service of this company and felt like a valued customer.

I ordered a bed and the heartbeat buddy for my new pup (10 week old Cockapoo). She absolutely loves both of them and hasn't cried once at night since she arrived. Very happy and relieved!

Ordered twice from this company. First item took two weeks to arrive, second item still waiting and now into 3rd week since order. Tried to support a small business by using this company but these delivery times are unacceptable.
