Really appreciate the help and professionalism.

Best pay more and go to another provider , need to speak with Northstone Homes about this partnership , need to back to the old provider who was a lot better

Emailed my problem on Saturday and got an email on Monday morning saying thank you we will now close your ticket hope your happy with our response, happy they never done anything and the download speeds are still diabolical, not happy would be an understatement.

Had a customer service adviser Mr F. Hussain he was polite and promptly sorted my concerns within a couple hours. If your needing a prompt reply from am ISP then this is the one for you.

After found internet not working, Naz arranged for an engineer that came the next working day and installed a new fiber line into the house.
The process was quick and both the engineer and Naz were polite and responsive.

What is a fast internet worth to you when you can’t use it? Zero. How much do you pay for this service? Still 100 %.
I am shocked that you can still run an internet service provider with “working hours” and no 24/7 support. Or even, at minimum, support lines open every day, including weekends and bank holidays.
It would be ok for them to work like this - if one had a chance to switch Internet provider.

We moved into a new place and had a temperamental wifi connection. Naz and Farhaan worked tireless to get it resolved and were extremely polite throughout the process.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. I signed up for the internet. There was a connection problem and I had Naz call me within an hour of pointing out a problem. An engineer called the same day but there was a connection issue. Another engineer called the next morning at eight Am and promptly sorted the problem. Highly recommended. Would not get this kind of personal service from virgin, BT or any other supplier. Thank you to Naz and his team. Five stars all day

Farhaan is a superstar. We moved in to a new apartment and the WiFi wasn't working. I made a call and he was at our door in under 30 minutes, implemented a temporary fix, and came back two days later with a brand new router and a permanent fix. Outstanding service!!

the WiFi failed last night when I followed ITVX advice to turn the router off then back on to watch ITV4 (the residence is part of a block of flats provision)
I rang Pulse fibre (Sunday evening)
They (Farhaan, their team member ) was back to me at 10.10AM Monday, this morning.
Farhaan spent well over 90 minutes time (5 different phone calls to maintain contact as the phone provider - Three - kept losing my signal). Farhaan was patient, very highly skilled at knowing the complex series of manoeuvres to undertake and kind / courteous throughout.
In the end he explained that the only solution was an on-site visit to reset / to replace the WiFi router. He has arranged this for tomorrow.
I'm impressed.

We had a minor issue with our connection and the entire process to get it sorted was exactly what you want from every company.
The phone was answered quickly both times I called, the two people we dealt with, Farhaan and Ian were exceptional, both very friendly/professional and sorted out our issue in a very short space of time.

We called the Pulse team as our wireless signal was lagging in certain areas of our flat. They were very helpful and scheduled time to install a signal booster. Farhaan was very courteous (he even took his shoes off when he came into the flat) and friendly--installation was quick. The new signal is great. Thanks very much!

I recently moved into a new property, i was given choices on broadband supplier, one popped up that i had never heard of, Pulsefibre. i decided to check the reviews, far better than any of the mainstream suppliers so thought why not?! All i can say is wow... what a company, the day i moved in all set up and ready to go, seamless. Nothing in the slightest has gone wrong with the broadband but ive had many enquiries to them about certain aspects and every question has been met with an immediate response and fix. Ive honestly not experienced this level of service from a broadband supplier, its almost alien compared to BT, Virgin or SKY. I feel Naz Jawahir deserves a special mention for his customer service and knowledge. Well done, keep up the good work. I do hope other companies sit up and take notice of what a customer actually needs. Deeply impressive company and team.
I forgot to mention the actual product - fast, really fast, stable, really stable, perfect really, over twice as fast as advertised....
