SCAMMERS does not make enough justice to describe these guys. They tell you it's 1$ and then they charge you $36. Then you complain, and they return the money in a flash... Previous reviews have been describing the same pattern so I will not go further.
Why are these guys in business and not in jail?

When I went to checkout it told me it was going to be $1. Then somehow I was charged $35. I emailed them immediately and they refunded my money but every screen after the checkout was just trying to get you to pay for more and more. Be cautious if you decide to use this site. I know I will never use it again.

I could not find the record I was searching for and then found out a charge was on my account I had no idea that I authorized. I contacted support and they very promptly explained the issue and listened to my mistaken charge. The csr was very understanding and refunded my account. I wish there were more customer service reps like this one. The csr helped me out at a very difficult time and I appreciate it more than they can know!

An error was made by me in making an inquiry . As I realized the mistake I made I contacted the support team for assistance. They immediately got back to me an assisted to correcting my mistake. They were fast, efficient, and very pleasnt to do business with.

I needed to cancel my account, but I couldn't find my password. They were very helpful in taking care of getting the account cancelled for me. First Emily and then Carl helped me and I greatly appreciate both of them.

Fast response to refund request

While I wasn’t able to get the information I required, the service was personal and prompt. I would use this service again.

I had mistakenly signed up for their recurring service which I had no intention of doing as I did not read the fine print fully. However, when I contacted them they were very understanding and refunded the amount and cancelled the service without any hassle. I was very pleased with their ethical behavior and them not giving me the run around and refunding the money in full.

Mark answered all of my questions. I was unaware of the over all subscription charge. I thought that was for if i wanted a membership . I only wanted 1 day access. At the end as I was paying i did not see the total amount displayed in order to know what i was paying for.

When I wanted to cancel my subscription they were fast, kind and courteous.

This company has terrific customer service! I resolved my question in five minutes or less. However, I found the actual site confusing, but I’m not familiar with seeking records information. It may be easier for someone who is.
