I'm a repeat customer, and pleased with their competitive sale prices and fast shipping (delivery within 3 days of ordering on standard shipping). I took off 1 star, because on my first purchase the tags on an expensive item have already been detached.

I have ordered a few products online and i am very happy with the products, also staff have good knowledge of products when you phone the shop, which is also fantastic.

The trousers that I ordered arrived promptly. The quality of the trousers was good and it looked just like it did in the photos.

I have been absolutely appalled by their customer service. I will shop here again. I bought a product and returned it, i have not received a refund. This behavior is disgusting

Ordered a batch of twin-pack Hugo Boss socks. When they arrived they were single socks.. The original Hugo Boss tags had been removed and simply replaced with Psyche tags!

So they are selling Hugo Boss socks as original Hugo Boss when in fact they have been reworked.

Sent a polite detailed e-mail to Psyche customer service who simply replied with a pre-paid envelope attachment. No explanation - nothing.

Will not be using again.

I got a good bargain from this shop and the product that I ordered arrived exactly the next day (I chose the Royal Mail 24 hours delivery). Very satisfied with the product with the price that I paid.

My only comment, appreciate if Psyce could notify me the delivery details and reference number for tracking purpose.

I found a shirt on this site which wasn't in stock elsewhere online (inc. the actual brand). I ordered, they took the right amount of money and it arrived on time. I'm really pleased because like some others I was worried about the negative reviews here. The common theme of those reviews seems to be, I ordered something during lockdown, it transpired to be out of stock and I was given a full refund. Yawn. Recent reviews seem like they're doing a better job.

Was a little sceptical having read some iffy reviews, but the price was great and it was what I wanted in my size and the right colour so paid with PayPal for extra peace of mind.
Psyche delivered to goods on time and exactly what I ordered, so over the moon. The only tiny point I will say is that I was not notified when it was shipped. But an email to them confirmed it was on its way. Thanks Psyche

I ordered a moncler gilet for my son from psyche junior, however there was a slight issue with the zip, I received amazing customer service who sent me out a pre paid returns label as I didn’t have access to a printer. I will definitely be ordering again.

Lovely products and lovely service, had a slight trouble with delivery however completely understand that is not the senders fault the item was delivered to a neighbour and I was not made aware, customer service was excellent and assisted me in locating this! Will use again!

I ordered hugo boss jogging bottoms on 11th November and have still not received the item. I have had no response from you and can't find the details or receipt. I don't bank online so I will be going to the bank tomorrow for a print out of my transactions. Hopefully the 86 pounds will be there because I'm a pensioner and 86 pounds is a lot of money to me. Please reply

After buying another pair nudie jeans, this particular pair decided to shrink in the wash. This was despite following the washing instructions.
Not being a lover of the half mast look the options were make them in to shorts or reach out to psyche for help.
After a conversation on Facebook messenger (due to being in lockdown 2) I was offered either a replacement or a refund.
Waited out side earlier today for my click and collect exchange.
25 years of shopping at psyche and I have never been let down. Roll on the next 25.

i ordered a Calvin Klein padded coat online and really struggled with the front zip. Having tried to wear it a couple of times (it wouldn't do up) i sent it back to Psyche. Adam in customer services was very helpful. He explained he'd get the in-house tailors to take a look first. They examined the garment, found it faulty and i received a replacement coat in 76 hours. GREAT service. Thankyou Adam and Psyche

Ordered something in their sale never arrived card was refunded no explanation however item was back to full price in my size on their website. Just headline prices to grab your attention with no intention of selling you the items at that price
