Absolutely ridiculous! Obnoxious! I won't waste my time on this nonsense!

ordered UK6. delivered EU23.5 ( C5.5 in UK sizing). Wont take phone calls. No answer to Email. No guaranteed return. Have to pay for refund - for their error. DO NOT BE CONNED BY THEM.

Really poor service…avoid at all costs. They do not offer a free returns service (which is so unusual today, very short sited) not even when they are at fault and send the wrong items. ( on size 6 and one size 8 trainer)!! They also took out payment twice and we had to chase the refund….so bad.

I purchased a pair of trainers online. As well as that amount coming out of my bank account, I also have, what I’ve been told by Psyche, a “ghost transaction”of a higher amount deducted from my account.
To add insult to injury, when the trainers arrived.. I had one shoe the correct size (8), the other a 6!!
So… I have a pair of odd size trainers and a double deduction from my bank account!
I’ve emailed as this is how you’re told to contact… but no reply as yet!
…. It gets better… the reply consists of… I have to pay to return the pair of shoes they sent me consisting of two different sizes! They say I will be reimbursed, however, I am yet again out of pocket even more!!! Do not deal with this company!

Ordered a CP Company Coat. Best saving I’ve had £510 off! Delivery was excellent & quick. Well packaged & couldn’t fault the service. However they did leave the security tag on the inside pocket, so il have to find a local boutique to take this off. That doesn’t take away the excellent service. I will recommend Psyche as they did what I needed. Highly recommend👍

Ordered boots ,too big sent back recorded delivery, Did not answer my emails to ask for refund or smaller size, 10 days later said they would send me a smaller size ASAP . Now 12 days after saying there would send a new pair ASAP , no boots no refund and not answering my emails .You have to pay for delivery and returns my costs £18 .Read the genuine reviews, do not use or trust this company.

Update: Sent me the wrong item but customer service was 10/10 sorted it out ASAP very happy with the overall experience, dealt with it very professionally, will definitely recommend

Brilliant experience all around, many orders with this company also visit the store when in the area.

Can't believe this place has a single bad review staff are awsome, the clothing range is immense, the packaging it pristine, thank you.

I have used this store for a long time,both visiting the shop and online. Unfortunately whilst the shopping at the store is always a good experience ordering online is something I am going to have to reconsider. I have just been charged £11 to return an item,I don’t understand why the shop does not offer free returns.
This is nothing against the items they sell which I have never had a problem with.

Delivery a little late however totally expected during the circumstances, had delays with a few different companies. Item arrived and the kids love them not my first purchase with Psyche and won’t be the last!

Not impressed with this company. Have to pay postage to get the item here plus return postage too. I’m £10 down with nothing to show for it. No size charts for different makes so the medium size I always wear with most makes buried me. Emailed customer service but it seems to be non existent and you can’t speak to anyone. Going to stick to Zalando and Zalando Lounge.

Absolutely disgraceful!! Placed my order 7 days ago, next day they emailed to say my item had been dispatched via royal mail 48. 6 days later I contact royal mail to see about my order only to be told they are yet to receive it from psyche!! No return on my emails, customer services is pathetic. Would advise anyone to stay well clear, seems very unprofessional.

Placed an order and paid £7.99 for next day delivery as was 2 of my Sons Christmas presents, received an email on Monday 20th Dec confirming order despatched so all good however since then i have been very unwell in bed with Covid so my Husband has been putting parcels away safely. Tonight when preparing to wrap presents I have noticed the parcel with the 2 items my Son asked Father Christmas for has not arrived and Royal Mail Tracking confirms they are awaiting the parcel from you. Dissappointed doesnt come close, my Son only asked for a few presents, these being 2 of them and its too late for me to replace them…first and last time I will shop here 😡

I can not recommend psyche enough!!!!!! I bought a cp company jacket and within a vey short time the pocket gave in so I contacted psyche asking to return it and get a replacement and a gentleman called Adam replied. Adam gave me a forwarding address and said they would refund my postage if I sent them a copy of the receipt. I sent parcel off and sent Adam the receipt and was reimbursed in less than a couple of hours. I then had to wait for them to receive my return before they sent a replacement. My parcel was delivered at 14:02 and an hour later I was sent an email with tracking details for my replacement jacket. I felt relaxed and reassured all the way through my return process and really can not give Adam enough praise for his customer service skills. On this experience alone I will be using psyche to purchase more of my favourite brands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend psyche to friends and family.

Purchased a T-shirt on the website late in the day on a Friday with the hope of next day delivery (on a Saturday!)- popped the team an email and received excellent support and customer service, they came through and I am absolutely thrilled - 5 stars all day long, I will be shopping with them again!

Never buying from this site again. Just ordered a polo shirt which was advertised with a Black logo but arrived with a white one. Same happened on my last order, when I received the item it was different from the advertised one. Will avoid as I think this is a deliberate act by this seller.

ordered some calvin klein boxers in a 3 pack white black grey size meduim , when they came i recieved black blue and light blue in size extra large
