John just came to install the alarm system at my house yesterday. Overall I had a great experience with their sales and service.

After reading online reviews, I decided to give Protection Plus a call. Wayne the salesman was very knowledgable and quick to respond. Prices were competitive and I liked the fact that this is a local Toronto company (i.e. no time-zone difference between their response center and me).

When John came to install the alarm system, he was very patient as we discussed where to install the motion sensor for the best effect as well as where to put the keypad for the least disturbance to your home structure. I noticed that John swept up the dust from drilling, I was very impressed to see his attention to detail. The installation went smoothly and the GSM package alarm systemis very easy to use with the smartphone app.

From sales to installation, every Protection Plus sales (Mike) and service person (Corey) provided me with the best customer service. No cookie cutter approach here. Everyone listened to my concerns and responded to my questions in an honest and knowledgeable way. I look forward to a long relationship with this company.

Customer and Technical Services are great with Protection Plus!

The salesman came in and was not only nice to talk to but knowledgeable. When the installer came in, he was efficient and most importantly clean and made sure to clean up after himself. Quick, well priced and efficient.

I found that the staff at Protection Plus was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole transaction of purchasing a security system. Brian followed up my initial telephone call promptly and after first determining what I needed in the way of an alarm system in my home was able to respond to all my questions and concerns. The installer technician, Joe, did a very professional job in wiring the system. He also patiently answered all questions about the product. He even returned to replace a sensor monitor that had malfunctioned. We are very pleased with the system - it is very easy to use and it gives us a sense of peace.

After several non answers and some messages I called Protection Plus. The services available, delivery and installation procedure were explained right away by Wayne Richmond and I knew right away this was the company that would protect my home.
The installer was great answering all questions and explaining how the system works.
Bottom line its is an uncomplicated system to use and we feel safe again.
