Non comprate pellicola per fotocamera arriva che non si attacca .....non buttate soldi!!!

Fortemente delusa. Acquistate ben due vetri temperati per il mio Huawei PSmart 2019 in base alla descrizione ed alle foto del sito che ne parlava come di precisi e specifici per il mio modello e addirittura con bordi bombati per avvolgere e proteggere meglio lo schermo. Sono entrambe imprecise, una molto più piccola dello schermo, assolutamente piatte, senza bordi bombati e con tagli e scanalature evidentemente non adatte al mio modello. Non provo nemmeno a far valere il diritto di recesso perché ho aperto le confezioni e perché comunque immagino di dover pagare le spese di spedizione e a questo punto non mi converrebbe. Oltretutto spedizione molto lenta: ordinate il 23 Ottobre ed arrivate il 6 Novembre!!!! Diffidate assolutamente.

Mauvaise qualité pour ce prix, ne fourni même pas de kit d'aide à la pose. Une galère à appliquer sur un grand écran.

Attention à l'arnaque ! On commande, on paie mais on ne reçoit jamais la marchandise ! Ces gens sont malhonnêtes !

In my experience, I always got what I paid for. Every order was delivered within a week, except one. Yes I did receive broken protectors (happens and they cannot be responsible for how the postmen handle the envelopes), but I always got them replaced.

Instead of buying nicely packaged screen protectors from China, I buy rather from Schutzfolien, because they never fooled me and I always knew what I'm buying.

Ho acquistato un vetro temperato e mi è stato descritto come tale....
Trattasi invece di normalissima pellicola protettiva (costo per una singola protezione con spedizione oltre 5 euro ovvero il costo di un vetro temperato on line). Per di più senza nemmeno il solito kit per pulizia ed istallazione.
Non consiglio assolutamente.
Feedback estremamente negativo.

Bonjour, j'ai commandé sur ce site des verres de protection pour mon galaxy A5, modèle mat pour éviter les reflets du soleil en randonnant.
La qualité est catastrophique, l’écran apparait flou, les petits caractères des pages web sont illisibles, la texture accroche le doigt, verre inutilisable.

N'envoie pas la marchandise et ne répond pas aux réclamations. A fuir . Vendeurs malhonnêtes

volevo commentare il mio ordine con questa azienda, il Nr. 1944336, circa l'acquisto di una pellicola per l'Info Active Display della mia Passat b8, dopo aver segnalato il fatto che la pellicola non fosse compatibile ho allegato , su loro richiesta, le foto con cui potevo dimostrare il loro errore, non bastando hanno voluto che io mandassi le dimensioni della pellicola pervenuta e le dimensioni del display della vettura!! Io pazientemente ho inviato uno schizzo con le misure della pellicola e del display, mi rispondono che non riescono a capire bene il disegno... siamo andati avanti così per 3/4 scambi di mail. Ma stiamo scherzando, devo fornire io le misure di un display che voi sostenete di avere la cover a catalogo!!! Hanno voluto tergiversare per non rimborsare.

dopo diverse email dove segnalo prima che l'ordine non era arrivato controllano e dicono che era spedito ... arriva in ritardo e comunico che l'oggeto ordinato è frantumato ( si tratta di un vetro temperato per cellualare ) una spesa di pochi euro....ma non si sono degnati neanche di dirmi ..non si preoccupi che provvediamo a spedirlo nuovamente...niente. SCONSIGLIATO

Unacceptable company, never received and lying support. I ordered directly through the protectionfilms24 website. They sent me the wrong product and even though I contacted them immediately, the customer support put me through the ringer when I tried to get the correct one. They were concerned more that I prove I had the device for the filter that I ordered than that they sent me the wrong item. In no less than 15 emails, they requested photos, measurements, proof of purchase (for the device not the filter), manuals.

In the end, I never received the filter that was purchased as it's perpetually "being developed"

I have bought several items from them on Ebay, never been a problem before i needed there customer service.
and boy what a surprise i was in for, i never meet such bunch of arrogant fools in my life, and they had no desire whatsoever to find a solutions. only think i can say, stay away from them....

I ordered two films for my new Ricoh GR3 2019 camera. They sent me two films which match the previous camera versions and not the new camera which has a larger screen. Clearly, the company has not realized that the new camera has a larger screen - despite giving their film product a "GR3 2019" name. When I complained, their support asked for proof of order and invoice as well as picture documentation that the films do not match. As if they do not believe me. Instead they ask for more information so as to prolong the issue without really wanting to correct the shipment. Not a good experience, cannot recommend them, do not order a Ricoh GR3 camera protection film from them. I will find one of the many other companies in that market and recommend to you to do the same from the beginning.

Do Not Support This Company.The most awful service I've ever experienced. Took two attempts and 4 weeks to get my order. My contact on email was the epitome of unhelpful and is now playing games with me. Advertised as 2-4 days free shipping turned into 4 weeks and a underpaid postage cost. After a promised refund of purchase and postage, Jessica @ protectionfilms24 decided to refund a Quarter of total cost. On reply she said she deemed it fair. After at least 15 emails back and forth, I now only have managed to regain purchase price and no postage. The whole process has been outrageous, tiring and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or support such charlatans with your currency. The company should be investigated.

Ordered glass screen cover for my watch. After waiting 4 weeks I emailed them asking if it was ever shipped. They requested more information and then just refunded my money. I'm glad I used PayPal otherwise I may not have received my money back.

Comprato una pellicola opaca per un Ipad Pro. Dopo aver fatto piuttosto fatica a trovarne una opaca di buona qualitá sono incappata in questo sito e ho deciso di provare una delle loro. La pellicola in questione è arrivata in tempi brevi, packaging ottimo, il prodotto valido e facile da mettere.
Ottima esperienza, comprerei ancora da loro.

One important note! Check in the product description if it's a smaller screen protector. Most of their screen protectors for phones with rounded edges are cut smaller so they don't come off easily!
