I had a pretty good experience with Prosocceruk. I ordered a set of training tops for my team and the communication was really good from the outset with quick replies to questions etc. I also had to add an extra top to the order after it had gone through and that was also dealt with quickly and easily.

The only reason I've gone for 4* rather than 5* is that the tops I wanted weren't in stock when I ordered (which wasn't shown on the website) so there was a few weeks delay in receiving the items. However, when they did come through the quality is very good and for a very reasonable price.

I would shop here again.

I experienced the best customer service and my the kits were fabulous that arrived 2 days after purchasing and they were the budget range. Seriously 5 out of 5 😃👌🏼

They are good at answering your emails and calls straight away and give you the rubbish about this supplier has delayed us or the supplier shuts down for a period of time or this or that. But in fact this company has no intention of sending you your item within the 28 day period. I am still waiting 2 months later and still nothing has arrived!!! if it will every arrive I do not know because again they keep saying its with the warehouse or we have this but not that. I wish I read the reviews first before I ordered and paid.
AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!

I ordered a kit from ProsoccerUK which I needed in 7 days, as my team was about to go on tour. I think the website quoted 28 days, but they managed to deliver a full (20 player) kit to me in just 2 days! Good kit, all numbered and a good price. Brilliant!

Absolute first class experience from start to finish and an outstanding kit.

Purchased a juniors 10 piece kit set and the quality far outstrips the price I paid. Dealt with Nicola from start to finish; very quick and extremely accommodating.

My only disappointment was that I couldn’t get tracksuit tops to compliment the strip but absolutely delighted with every other aspect of the service and quality. Highly recommended.

Ordered a full set of 18 kits with custom embroidery, names, numbers etc. Was expecting it to take 2-3 weeks but it got delivered 3 days later! Amazing quality at a great price also! Would recommend!

My experience was really good. Timely responses from their customer service teams in handling the order and personalised aspects of the kit. Product was as described and came ahead of the expected delivery date - which was a great bonus. I'm happy with the service and product.

One star is literally too much to award this company - I would avoid ordering kit from them at all costs - it may be cheap but there is a reason for that. Dealing with them to place my order (>£800) was bad enough but the after service is appalling. I ordered kit for an U9 girls team and had sample sizes of the kits which I tried on all the girls. Assuming that the rain jackets, which had the same measurements on the website as the kit would be of similar size I went ahead and placed the order which was personalised. When the kit arrived the jackets were all 10 - 12 inches larger than the strips of the same size. I sent an email to complain about the sizing - no response, I phoned - no response, I eventually got the speak to the manager, who was rude, said the sizings were all standard and then said I should "educate myself" as jackets needed to be bigger to accommodate fleeces underneath. I've never personally owned a fleece that required 12 inches room in a jacket to accommodate it. I also don't think it's reasonable for a medium kids jacket (XXS) to measure 44 inches across the chest, which would fit most XL adult males - still waiting for a reasonable response from them!

I have now purchased 2 kits from this company and they are so friendly and helpful, I will continue to support my local schools with kits as they are fantastic value @ £159.
