Really pleased with the service n excellent work

Superb service from start to finish. We ordered 15 rain jackets for our team, fully embroidered and printed with our sponsor. We were kept well informed throughout the process and was advised of any delays due to supply chain issues. Would 100% order again.

I ordered 17 kits for 14 year old team and due to size issues ordered mainly 16 year old kits. Kits turned up 2 months later than told, not the sizes mentioned by prosoccer, I measured them to specs and wrong and don't fit 14 year olds. I asked for refund, (look in T&C) as they call them special orders when all orders cant be refunded. I emailed 3 times as they didnt even put the clib logo on and charged for and just told cant refund. I then raised a complaint, heard nothing for 2 weeks so called them and asked to speak to a manager and was told nobody about! I called again after no call from them and then emailed again to be told to send one kit back and they will check. The service is terrible and ive never complained to anything before but i just hope others don't get this poor service, be careful and go to a reputable company instead of these. I wouldn't even give one star in truth.

I needed a special request recently, which meant ordering just 1 kit. I got the size wrong on my order and had to get in touch about this, in addition to general questions about the one kit. Nothing was too much trouble and my order arrived really quickly. One super happy customer

As a coach for a new Under 7’s team I was looking for a kit provider that was good quality while being cost effective. Kitting out an entire team of boys can be a challenge.
The service, price and delivery speed provided by ProSoccerUK was 2nd to none!!
Even when I had a slight issue of an error with printing it was rectified quickly with no fuss!

Nicola was great, email contact was really quick and so was delivery, much faster than first anticipated. Sent multiple proofs to ensure I was happy and would really recommend. Delivery was also spot on as they use DPD which was perfect.

In overall terms the service was excellent and the strips were delivered really quickly. A couple of the tops had dirty marks but assume this was from the embroidery machine and will come out when they are washed.

People normally say you can only ever pick two of Good, Cheap and Fast. Well, somehow, Prosocceruk delivers all three. I don't usually write reviews but they've now delivered three orders (with complex colours, badges, numbers) unbelievably quickly. The prices are the lowest we found anywhere, yet the quality of the kit is more than a match for anything we've had from other suppliers. Don't know how they do it but we give five stars.
