Very helpful and professional

I have recently had several conversations with Ethan Thomas regarding my house sale. He has been very attentive and helpful, has kept in touch, and has provided very useful information about the services Property Solvers provide. I have had a very good experience with the service provided by Ethan and Property Solvers.

I cannot praise Ruben enough for his exceptional support in handling multiple issues. His availability around the clock and unwavering dedication over several months truly impressed me. Knowing that Property Solvers delivers such a personalised service, I will undoubtedly return. Their honesty and reliability significantly enhanced my experience.

I have had several missed calls from this company within a short space of time as in 10 within a couple of hours proof available, yet beforehand It took 2 days to respond to my online request and i wish they hadn’t bothered.
I had the mispleasure of speaking eventually to an Ethan Thomas who quickly offered me 75% of my house’s marketing value. No thankyou i said im not interested and ended the call.
Im not desperate and wouldn't ever accept over £73,000 less than the market value.
This lead to him having a major tantrum emailing me in a very aggressive manner telling me i had no right to end the call before he had finished with me and so on, again proof available, him insulting myself personally but addressing it towards my husband. His Next email was him still have a baby tantrum removing me from all records and so on LOL please do!
How immature and unprofessional we thought becoming aggressive with someone just because they wouldn’t give their house away for £73,000 less than its value.
I had lost interest immediately after the 75% was offered so was not remotely interested in any other scheme he had in mind all i thought was minus £73k you gotta be kidding. I will stick with my Estate Agents at least they don’t have a hissy fit if i have to talk with them if i don’t agree with something.
Are these companies even regulated I thought. I will be sure to find out due to the childish immature manner in which we have been treated just because we wouldn’t give OUR house away.
After reading the vial responses this company has given to others who have questioned them i look forward to seeing what an abusive response I will receive

Had an overall positive experience using Property Solvers auction service, one of the best out there for selling houses with tenants and commercial properties. We would definitely recommend the team there who got us a great result in the end

True professionals in getting houses sold fast - would recommend to anyone needing to extract cash from their property quickly through their direct buying service or auctions.

The advert description for their auction was missing vital parts, photographs were missing.
A part of the house that is not an annexe was described as such.
I had to correct their descriptions several times, only to be told that their photographer hadn't taken photos of certain areas, even though I had drawn them to their attention. This was before the auction even commenced.
When I said that their service was unsatisfactory, and that I would contact the Ombudsman they simply delisted my property and THEN contacted me to say that they would delist it.
Waiting to see if I'm refunded today.
All in all, a very shoddy, non- transparent company, with an attitude of 'take it or leave it'.
I made clear exactly what I required, after my house was incorrectly described as an end terrace when it is a detached.
When I commented about missing photos, I was asked to take my own and submit them.
As far as courtesy goes, your staff are blatantly ignorant, by doing what they want with people's property adverts and ignoring their requests
So don't start playing the victim here, because in my personal opinion, you are manipulative and controlling and don't like it when someone stands by their request.
Also, is it not extremely rude to delist a property BEFORE you inform the customer that you intend to do so?

So the advert gave the impression the company sold property by auction. This was not the case, however they phoned back and gave me loads of information which was very helpful
