After having had the worst experience with another agent. We found Property Solvers by doing a google search and we are so grateful we did. From the first time I spoke to Jacob I felt at ease straight away. We decided to sell via a cash sale to them. Jacob and his colleagues at Property Solvers truly care about their clients. He was always there to answer any questions we had and to help us where needed. We felt truly supported by them from beginning to completion. Going above and beyond for us to make our sale happen death on the two weeks they had quoted as completion lead time. Even though we had a couple of delays due to documents taking longer in the post and an issue with the ID verification app that was down. Both issues were out of our control. Property Solvers kept pushing the process forward to make sure we completed on time. Jacob kept us up to date with everything and how the sale was progressing. In our view he has done a fantastic job. I had read the positive reviews online initially but Property Solvers exceeded my expectations 1000 fold. They also made the process straight forward and quick. There are also no estate agent fees to pay and no conveyance solicitor charges to pay as a seller either as they cover the solicitors costs. If you want or need to sell your house then look no further. This is the company for you. I can’t recommend Property Solvers highly enough. I definitely would use them again if I ever needed to sell a property in the future. My experience with Property Solvers, particularly with Jacob Adeshile, was outstanding.

Last September, I decided to sell my house quickly having been on the market for 5 months. I had moved out and the house was empty. I contacted Property Solvers and spoke with Jacob, who clearly outlined my options. At the time, I felt their initial offer was too low, so I explored other 'we buy any house' type companies, also continuing to try to sell through the estate agent, being tied to a contract.

The estate agents performance was disappointing, showing the house to people in no position to buy, even suggesting an auction with unrealistic expectations, which devalued my property. Jacob had actually advised me on a realistic guide price, but I chose to ignore his expertise, thinking the estate agents would do better. The property failed to sell at auction. Eventually, the agent found a buyer, an investor I think, who then pulled out of the sale a week before completion due to issues revealed in the searches (I have just now learnt). I was now nearing one year on the market, paying bills in 2 different homes.

Frustrated, I reached out to Property Solvers again as well as other quick sale companies. Jacob was immediately helpful, offering further advice and explaining my options. Despite my continued pursuit of a higher price with other companies, Jacob remained patient and professional. He even reviewed my searches and provided a revised, realistic offer, warning me against inflated valuations from other buyers, a trick they sometimes use to engage you. From my experience, Property Solvers keep their offers very realistic so may lose sales but maintain their integrity.

I ultimately went with a highly-reviewed company that I had also been speaking with, based partly on Jacob's honest advice of what to look out for. He never for once pressured me to use his company but provided me with figures they are able to achieve through them. Ironically, I ended up selling for the exact price Jacob had predicted.

Jacob was exceptional throughout this long process. He was consistently responsive, returning calls and emails promptly, managing my expectations and showing genuine empathy.

While the company I ultimately chose was also helpful and quick, Property Solvers, and Jacob in particular, stood out for their exceptional customer service, trustworthiness, and transparency. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Looking back, my biggest regret is not selling my house through Property Solvers. If I ever need to sell a property quickly again, Property Solvers will be my first call.

Property solvers sold my leasehold flat vis online auction. From start to finish they were effective and efficient. Jacob at the front end was thorough; the marketing of the property was excellent. Jane & Michael who assisted with the negotiations through were exceptional, very efficient and honest. I would use this company again. Had an excellent service from all involved at Property Solvers. They were clear on costs and queries were dealt with timely and in a professional manner. Despite some delays on completing the sale, through no fault of Property Solvers, they did all they could to get everything sorted.

On initial conversations, we were told to expect an offer of between 70-70% market share. However, when the offer came through it was less than 50% of the market value (having had it valued on the same day an offer was provided by Property Solvers). Other cash buying companies offered much higher amounts and we've decided to go with those and so far so good. At least we didn't waste too much time or money. I wouldn't call this company a reputable one and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

The response from Property Solvers is regarding the size of the property and concerns around a mortgage, which is ridiculous. I am a mortgage broker and this certainly is a straightforward mortgage purchase. A scam company, please be aware and use another if you can. They lure you in with a reasonable price and then reduce it drastically once you've been lured in.

It's very odd that the company keep making edits, I have shared my experience, which is the truth, they can't argue with my experience and the experience of many others. Perhaps, rather than hit back at truthful reviews, the Property Solvers need to reflect and adjust their processes, be upfront and honest with clients from the start, and then reviews from people such as myself will be positive instead of a true representation of my experience ie. dishonesty to draw potential clients in.

We needed to sell our cottage in North wales. Property Solvers have done that for us. Jacob, our designated agent, was in constant contact with updates and made you feel he was working behind the scenes to ensure a sale was found.

Needed to sell quickly and came across Property Solvers in an online article. I was already talking to another company but was attracted to PS's promise that they do not drop their offer price. And they were true to their word. Plus they completed amazingly quickly without repeat visits by valuers or structural surveyors, and no withdrawal or lawyers fees either. They saw, they liked, they offered, they bought! All within 10 days. Meanwhile the other company offered a much higher price, but guess what? That company dropped their offer drastically which just shows that other companies try to lure you in with unrealistic offers. PS have such a great team too, Jacob and James showed great consideration with some personal issues I was going through. If you have to sell quickly, and understand that the offer will be less than market value, then this is the company to use.

As promised, I got a buyer in a day. The team was supportive as the buyer delayed. They kept me informed and were patient with pressure on both sides. Jane provided support with finding a good solicitor and completion was swift. Thank you.

Having given up with the usual local estate agents I contacted Property Solvers who gave good advice on selling a particularly difficult property. They had the contacts to arrange viewings and a reliable but cheap solicitor, also kept me up to date during the whole process.
After much determination and patience, the staff managed to get the property pushed through and have now recently completed the sale at a good price. Would definately recommend.

Absolute waste of time and energy, filled in the online form, and the online system arranged a time of 11am on the 26th March, however got no call. When I ring the Ruban number get no response or call you back later, then get no calls, seems these guys have lost the plot and waste everyones time.

Property solvers are a very good company. My leasehold property was sold in 7 weeks thanks to them. Jake has been amazing. He kept me updated twice a week and was always there to answer any worries i had. Jake is very professional,polite,helpful and friendly and made the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend Property Solvers.
