I was drawn into an unwanted monthly subscription…
I was drawn into a monthly subscription when all I wanted was a single report. After discovering the monthly charge on the second month I immediately closed the account through the Chat function. Closure of the account immediately closed off access to the service instead of allowing access through the current billing period with no proration bring offered.

Property REcords UK are not Propertyrec.uk ... beware scammers.
dont mistake Property Records UK an american company for Propertyrec.uk. the second one is based in Spain and are scammers and will rob you. I have had £90 taken. They then send a document that will virus your system.

I was charged $20.00 for a report package in March. I did not realize it was a subscription. I utilized the live chat with Thomas and he immediately cancelled my account with no future charges.
